This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Holiday Expert at MakeMyTrip Franchise Office for multiple locations.

The Franchise Holiday Expert will be responsible for assisting customers with travel bookings, providing comprehensive information and choices for flights, hotels, and holiday packages. The role also involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
