What will be your key responsibilities:
· Roll out standard for Digital Merchandising (linking in with global Perfect Store team) and provide implementation expertise to support in-market Digital Merchandisers – codify best in class approach & learnings and cascade across the markets.

A+ Content & Secondary Images Development:
· Craft compelling A+ content that showcases product features and benefits, enhancing the overall customer experience with the agencies.
· Curate a library of secondary images to supplement product listings and improve visual storytelling with the agencies.
Pack Shot Content Creation:
· Lead the full revamp and enhancement of all product pack shots for Mars Wrigley
· Liaison with content agencies and the marketing team to produce high-quality content for pack shots, showcasing products in an engaging and persuasive manner across all SKUs and brands.
· Work closely with marketing team to understand key selling points and incorporate them into visual content.
Create titles and descriptions for all products:
· Develop captivating and SEO-friendly product titles that grab attention and accurately represent the product with the agencies.
· Ensure consistency in tone and messaging across all product descriptions that highlight key features, benefits, and unique selling points.
· Research trends and key words to enhance titles and descriptions for products to increase products share in search.
Banner Development:
· Develop eye-catching banners that align with our brands identities, drive engagement and meet consumer, customer and DCOM channel needs with creative agencies.

This role will be responsible for enterprise-level oversight of litigation and dispute management at Mars, working in collaboration with legal colleagues across our business segments globally.
The Associate General Counsel – Litigation will play a critical role in overseeing major litigation as well as in developing and implementing a holistic strategy for litigation and dispute management at Mars that effectively mitigates risk, controls costs, and ultimately supports delivery of business objectives with the highest degree of ethics and integrity.

- Law Degree and member in good standing of bar of U.S. state
- Minimum of 12-15 years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for candidates with both law firm and in-house global corporate experience, and experience managing other legal professionals
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of complex litigation, including class actions, commercial disputes, and regulatory enforcement actions
- Deep and innovative experience managing and negotiating relationships with outside counsel, controlling litigation costs, loss recovery opportunities, etc.

There will also be an element of leading/coaching/training the associates dedicated to your line so some form of leadership experience would be beneficial but is not a must.

- Develops, updates & owns clear action plans for the resolution of complex issues
- Works with the value stream & Reliability Engineer to analyse the unplanned technical losses of the lines in the value stream
- Coaching the operations/value stream team on ways of working to ensure maintenance & operational processes are followed
