Staff Accountant I
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Finance team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in the Urbandale office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team environment, working in a fast-paced setting while providing support to stakeholders from various MMC entities. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact across all lines of business.
We will count on you to:
- Apply Fees and Commission cash receipts across multiple entities.
- Address inquiries from stakeholders across multiple lines of business.
- Partner with team members to develop process efficiencies.
- Create and maintain relationships with stakeholders across all lines of business for accurate and timely cash receipt application.
What you need to have:
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with MS Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.

Anaplan Model Builder
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Anaplan team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in New York City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As an Anaplan Model Builder/Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Anaplan to support incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, planning, and budgeting processes.
We will count on you to:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and develop Anaplan applications, including data models and dashboards.
- Maintain and optimize current Anaplan models, capturing and delivering requirements for new or improved functionality to enhance user experience.
- Provide technical/application support and troubleshooting for Anaplan applications, working closely with end-users to resolve system-related issues.
What you need to have:
- At least 5 years of experience with the Anaplan product, including a minimum of 3 implementations focusing on incentive compensation and revenue models.
- Strong experience with core financial and enterprise performance management processes, including incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Successfully collaborated with stakeholders from various different departments to implement Anaplan solutions.

Software Asset Manager
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in the Morristown New Jersey office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Join our high-performing asset management team, where you will oversee all software asset lifecycle activities, optimizing the value, cost, and risk of software globally. You will collaborate with colleagues in the UK and Romania, bringing your analytical approach to make informed decisions regarding license models, maintenance, and renewals.
We will count on you to:
- Be the primary interface for software asset management functions, including annual planning activities and delivering demand planning capabilities for key identified products.
- Drive enhanced visibility into software spend and provide ongoing reporting capabilities, enabling IT Service Owners to manage their product portfolios effectively.
- Manage software demand management, procurement, deployment, entitlements, inventory management, harvesting, and disposal.
- Engage with internal clients and Service Owners to help them understand and control their software licensing costs, avoiding legal pitfalls related to licensing.
- Initiate software asset management conversations with clients, perform inventory assessments, match software with license entitlements, and create comprehensive software asset management plans.
What you need to have:
- Strong Software Asset Management experience with a proven ability to manage software licensing models and product use rights across major software vendors.
- Experience working with high-value software contracts with vendors such as Microsoft, IBM, and Oracle.
- Familiarity with IT Asset Management (ITAM) systems and IT Asset Discovery technologies.
