The Principal, Alliances is responsible for analyzing and optimizing the revenue performance of United’s airline partnerships. The position requires a demonstrated ability to drive complex projects across multiple stakeholders within United or with external partners, proficiency in evaluating and communicating data regarding all facets of our interactions with partner airlines, and a demonstrated ability to provide insight into the resulting financial and functional implications.
- Regular reporting and interpretation on revenue performance of each of United’s partnerships to Alliance and other Commercial leadership constituents to understand economic implications and opportunities

- Independently partner and negotiate with external airline partners as it relates to code share, revenue share, and other financial aspects of our partnerships

The Pilot Crew Scheduler will work closely supporting our pilots with their schedules, ensuring on-time flight departures throughout United’s worldwide network. Key Responsibilities:
The Principal – Leisure Sales Product is responsible for overseeing the successful integration, operation, and growth of United’s new online packaging website, MileagePlus Travel. The position develops and maintains strategic partnerships to enhance premium leisure offering to customers, while leveraging partnerships with tourism boards, travel organizations, and destination marketing partners. This position sits within the global sales organization. The role contributes to enhancing the airline’s online presence, expanding product offerings, and driving revenue growth through collaborative marketing initiatives and improved digital sales performance.
In addition, this role ensures seamless technical connectivity between internal systems, partner platforms, and external suppliers while providing end-to-end support for online travel packaging operations, and supports collaboration and alignment internally across Product, Finance, Loyalty, Revenue Management, Network Planning and other stakeholders.
Commercial and Strategic Growth
- Support the development and execution of strategies that drive online premium revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
- Key focus on developing engagement and conversion from elite MileagePlus customers with premium yield focus.
- Collaborate with the commercial and Kinective Media teams to implement joint campaigns, cross-promotions, and co-branded initiatives.

Including air, hotel, car, activity/transfer/insurance and assisting adding content to new markets/destinations not currently established with Paisly.
- Oversee system configuration, rule management, and integrations related to online packaging within CRS, channel managers, booking engines, and connected platforms.
- Establish and lead a robust audit framework to regularly review online packages for accuracy, pricing integrity, availability, content consistency, and compliance across all digital distribution channels.
- Conduct and oversee periodic system audits to identify discrepancies, leakage, booking flow issues, or non-compliance with brand standards, distribution agreements, and revenue strategies.
Project Coordination and Delivery
- Collaborate with UX, UI and Loyalty teams to support the ongoing development of the new platform, contributing inputs aimed at improving customer experience and conversion of existing business.
- Participate in project delivery activities by providing requirements, feedback, and status updates to support timely completion, budget adherence, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Support the maintenance and accuracy of documentation related to integration processes, workflows, and system configurations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
