Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR generalist role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations within EMEA
- Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working in remote or distributed environments is a plus

This is a hands-on role combining content creation, facilitation, and end-to-end learning delivery, supporting both Gym Operations and Gym Support teams to perform at their best.
You’ll design and deliver impactful learning – from role-specific Power Ups (role-specific inductions and onboarding experiences) to short, sharp digital learning that fits seamlessly into the flow of work. Key responsibilities…
Training Needs & Programme Coordination
- Identify skills gaps and performance opportunities through structured training needs analysis.

- Design and deliver tailored Power Ups (inductions) for roles across Gym Operations and Gym Support.

About you…
Essential

- Confident using MS Office, especially PowerPoint, plus virtual learning tools (Teams/Zoom).
