This role will join the Safety Net Product team. Safety Net leverages the Mastercard network to identify and limit issuer and acquirer losses from large-scale fraud attacks—providing a secondary layer of defense independent from customer systems—with selective controls that can block transactions for issuers based on multiple criteria while also alerting acquirers of suspect transactions.
By monitoring the network on a global scale, Safety Net identifies and limits the impact of cyber attacks if customer or processor systems are breached—helping to minimize their financial and reputational impact.
About the Role:
The Manager, Program Management role will support the Safety Net team in guiding the development and lifecycle of a product from conception to launch and beyond. This role will require you to work with many teams across the organization. This role will also require the ability to create and track product deliverables.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Support Mastercard’s Safety Net products and products within our direct organization.
• Creating and maintaining a product roadmap that outlines the product’s development and release schedule.
• Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline for new and existing Safety Net solutions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to develop and launch products
• Regularly tracking project progress and addressing any issues or risks that arise.

1. Overview – DBA to handle Critical Production Oracle databases. Additional Database technology knowledge like Oracle, Redis will be an advantage .
2. Role – Senior Database Administrator
* Proactively monitoring database performance and troubleshooting issues
* Working cross-functionally with our engineers and analytics professionals to optimize queries, fix performance bottlenecks, improve existing schemas and design new ones
