Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated warehouse associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

  • Day Shift: Monday- Friday 6:00AM- 2:30PM or until shift is complete.
  • Night Shift: currently unavailable
  • Starting pay rate up to $19.50/hour increasing to $20.69/hour in 12 months!

Material Handlers eligible to participate in a company incentive plan can earn even more money! Amounts are based on performance, with top performers earning up to about $1.75/hour in incentive pay.

Equipment Operator – Full Time Shifts

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated warehouse associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

We currently have the following positions available:

Day Shifts: currently unavailable

Mid and Night Shifts: $20.72/hour

  • Days and times vary based on business needs and specifics will be discussed during the interview process.
  • Shift times typically start between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. They are 8-hour shifts and there are times when shifts may be extended past your work schedule. Daily overtime may be required based on business needs, overtime is compensated
  • Shift days vary between Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday, and Sunday-Thursday.

Weekend Shift: $20.72/hour

  • Friday – 9:00 AM-7:45 PM, Saturday – 4:00 AM-12:45 PM, Sunday – 2:00 PM-12:45 AM, Monday – 10:00 AM-8:45 PM

BioBox Positions:

  • Some positions require work in a refrigerated environment (37 – 42F) a minimum of 80% of the shift. Primary work includes picking in this environment but will also include double checking and packing in a non-refrigerated environment if the works deems the assistance is necessary.
  • Expectation to train and work within multiple areas of the warehouse, including the Biobox (the Biobox is a cold environment with the highest temp reaching 42°F)
  • Employees who work in the Biobox earn an additional $1.50/hour biobox premium.

Facilities Technician Manager

Overall accountability and responsibility for Facilities and Material Handling Equipment Operations of a 400K square foot, highly automated medical surgical distribution center which operates around the clock 5 days per week.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

  • Management, development, and training of maintenance/janitorial teams to ensure current/innovative industrial automation/machinery which includes, automated guided vehicles, unit sorters, conveyors, warehouse control systems and material handling equipment is up and running as designed for operations.
  • Responsibility for facility equipment audits and record retention policies.
  • Oversight and responsibility for all safety and security protocols to include working with on-site senior management to ensure strict adherence to same. These include, but are not limited to:  OSHA, FDA, DOT, Fire Detection, DEA and PDMA monitoring/compliance.
  • Maintain and support security systems including state of the art intrusion detection, access control and camera systems.
  • Responsible for all management of building cleanliness and maintenance both internal and external.
  • Oversight and management of facilities projects. Project management will often require collaborating closely with vendors to gather estimates and adhere to budget forecasts.
  • Management of both the maintenance and janitorial staff.
  • Engagement with risk management insurance and property management companies.
  • Development, oversight and accountability for a yearly MRO supply budget and associated inventories.
  • Tactical operation planning, human resource planning and associated allocations.
  • Contractor engagement including oversight and management of all contracts for facility services.
  • Management and maintenance of electric forklifts, man-lifts, scrubbers, and sweepers including safety programs.
  • Work closely in collaboration with operational leadership to meet all business objectives.

Minimum Requirements

Typically requires 6+ years of professional experience and 0-2 years of supervisory experience.

Critical Skills

  • 4+ years of experience as a facilities manager/supervisor preferred.
  • Detailed working/troubleshooting knowledge of PLC logic and warehouse control systems. From relay logic to microprocessor-based controls.
  • Proven ability to read and comprehend complex electrical, mechanical and automation system prints quickly and can convey information to facilities team under high pressure situations.
  • Working knowledge of all “trade” categories, including, but not limited to Electrical, Mechanical, Temperature controls systems and HVAC. Typical system knowledge requires include power feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, AC/DC drives, PLC’s, UPS systems, air handling units and CRAC units.
  • Aptitude to organization self as well as other team member activities.
  • Capability to effectively negotiate with and manage vendors.
  • Working knowledge of or capacity to learn PC software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CMMS (Maintenance Connection), Warehouse Control Systems and other automation software.
  • Must be open to flexible hours with typical start time: Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 5:00PM; must be open to be on-call and working weekends as needed.

Additional Knowledge & Skills

  • Associate degree, trade school certification, or other verifiable training in a relevant technical field preferred

Sr. Pricing Analyst

Current Need

The Pricing Analyst will support regional customer pricing and assist executing pricing strategies to maintain and expand new business within the McKesson Generic Pharmaceutical Organization. This individual will collaborate with the Regional Pricing Manager on actively managing item level margins for our key customers in the Independent Retail Segment. The Pricing Analyst will need to build strong working relationships with external/internal clients to maintain engagement and enable pricing decisions based on market shifts and consolidation. The individual will be responsible for keeping a pulse on the competitive landscape within the segment by creating dashboards, reporting, and tools that depict market share flux and opportunity. A total package of qualities to be successful in the role will include strong data analysis, customer relationship, and project management skills to make swift, yet informed decisions.

Position Description

  • Support generic pharmaceutical pricing through financial analysis to maintain/grow revenue/margins; focus on targeted pricing strategies using price optimization software and analyzing market opportunities.
  • Assist in developing reporting and tools to track overall market competitiveness for our portfolio of generic items; benchmark sell prices across customers
  • Collaborate with Regional Pricing Manager to monitor and address customer issues and resolve in timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships resulting in customer retention and stability/increase of sales to maximize share of wallet

Key Performance Metrics

  • Increase sales and profit through proactive, consistent, and optimized price management on a daily basis
  • Obtain strong customer partnerships with external customers to avoid leakage of sales to competitors
  • Ability to bring forth new pricing strategies to increase portfolio profitability and increase/maintain sales

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree Finance or related field or equivalent experience

Critical Skills

  • 2+ years accounting, finance, finance analytics or similar experience
  • Understanding of business management including P&L, ROI, and break-even analysis
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage competing multiple priorities
  • Ability to navigate through complex issues, interpret and transform financial data into recommendations to senior leadership
  • Ability to build basic pricing models using MS Excel (Intermediate to Advance level)
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentations skills
