Product Marketing Manager – Wearables, Reality Labs In-Market Conversion Responsibilities

Identify new opportunities that increase conversion through the customer acquisition funnel globally throughout retail, e-commerce, and partnerships.

Partner with sales, marketing, and external partners to deliver programs that improve customer experience in the shopping experience, and ultimately increase conversion to sale.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product marketing or growth initiatives.

Incentives Program Manager
We are seeking an experienced program manager to join our dynamic Monetization Incentives team. For Monetization Incentives, our mission is to translate Meta priorities into impactful growth programs that drive optimal performance for Clients, Agencies and Partners and incremental revenue for Meta. As Program Manager, your role is to ensure a coherent connection between product priorities, Go-To-Market and Incentives. You will be responsible for incentive planning for nascent product areas where the Enterprise Go-To-Market is still being defined. You will also be responsible for overarching planning & coordination for all business messaging incentive related work-streams across audiences. As a Program Manager, you will work across several teams from Sales, Partnerships, Product, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and other cross-functional groups.
