Job Summary:
As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and improving equipment performance in collaboration with operations teams, engineers, and vendors. Your role includes performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and software issues, and ensuring efficient product flow. You will also support cycle time reduction by addressing tool inefficiencies, verifying lot processing, and analyzing workstation performance to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Finishes the required safety training and conduct all work in accordance with safety policies
- Identifies chronic area inefficiencies and works on resolving them through CIP, area suggestion or training
- Reviews Prod/Dev hold lots and prioritizes, resolved and escalates as necessary
- Stand for up to 10 hours per shift and walk intermittently (1-5 miles per shift) to fulfill job requirements.

ID1 High Volume Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for improving process quality, working on yield and efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and resolving line issues in their assigned area to achieve area KPIs and optimize manufacturing wafer outs.
