Executive Administrative Assistant (Contract)

Summary:
The main function of an Executive Administrative Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years experience required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working with executives highly preferred.
- Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
- Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Overview
The IT Engineering team at GitHub is looking for an Intern to join them this summer. Your customers are GitHub’s global workforce – end users (Hubbers) throughout the company who rely on our systems every day. Our customers look to us not only for support, but also to keep the systems they depend on to be up and running, and enabling Hubbers to do their best work with the least amount of friction.
We’re looking for an IT Software Engineer to help design and build internal software and tooling to support day to day Hubber productivity. You have an interest in solving complex problems through software development and automation. You will gain knowledge on system integrations and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Compensation Range
The base salary range for this job is USD $25.96 – USD $68.89 /Hr.
These pay ranges are intended to cover roles based across the United States. An individual’s base pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant. Project Coordinator (Contract)
In this role, you will contribute to structuring the contract desk environment. Working closely with the contract desk head, you will assist in managing cloud supply chain contracts, processing contracts, creating reports in PowerBI, developing PowerApps, maintaining SharePoint sites, data migration tasks, and supporting day-to-day operational activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of contract operations, including intake, drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts and agreements.
- Ensure all contract-related processes are efficient and compliant with organizational standards.
- Develop and maintain a vendor performance evaluation system using detailed scorecards to assess compliance, quality, delivery, and service.

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $8,480 – $13,920 per month.
