Summary:
This position serves as a centralized point of contact between business teams and recruiting operations, managing critical operational tasks that ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Job Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain all hiring requisition data within the applicant tracking system
- Serve as primary point of contact for net-new and backfill requisition requests, facilitating approval and creation processes
- Work within recruiting systems and collaborate cross-functionally with business managers, recruiters, hiring managers, and administrative assistants to create requisitions
- Ensure data accuracy across all systems and confirm appropriate contacts are engaged and informed throughout the process
- Partner closely with business managers, administrative staff, and hiring managers to support operational needs
- Track and report end-to-end details for all open and in-process hiring activities
- Respond to inquiries and action requests across multiple communication platforms
- Support the team with ad hoc projects and flexible assignments as business needs arise

Requirements:
- 3-4 years of demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment in a related field
- 2-4 years of customer service-related experience
- Previous experience in recruiting coordination, staffing associate, administrative assistant, or similar role preferred
- Experience with interview scheduling in high-volume environments highly desirable
- Background in recruiting processes and operations beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
