Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in NetSuite implementation, customization, and configuration. Strong understanding of EFT, bank reconciliation, finance, intercompany transactions, order to cash, revenue management, procure to pay, and inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and address business needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide training and support.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite ERP Consultant, NetSuite Administrator) are a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite solutions, including project planning, configuration, testing, and user training.
- Manage electronic fund transfers and ensure accurate bank reconciliations.
- Handle intercompany transactions, including posting journal entries and reconciling accounts.
- Oversee the order-to-cash process, including order processing, invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Manage the procure-to-pay process, including purchase orders, supplier invoices, payments, and inventory levels.
- Design and implement workflows to automate business processes and create saved searches for reporting and insights.
- Analyzing the project’s requirements and the ability to convert said requirements into technical documents.

- Experience: 7+ Years
- Proficiency in administering Atlassian Confluence.
- Experience with other Atlassian tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.
- Knowledge of Confluence customization, including templates, macros, and plugins.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Confluence administration.
