Sales Operations Manager, Revenue Analytics & Insights

About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our Sales Operations team as a Manager of Revenue Analytics & Insights. This role will focus on empowering our sales and account management teams with data-driven insights to drive revenue growth and enhance decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Product, to develop impactful analytics, uncover trends, and recommend strategies to achieve our ambitious business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Analysis: Lead the development of comprehensive revenue analytics, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against goals and identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Insights & Reporting: Design and deliver actionable insights to sales leadership, enabling more informed decisions related to pricing, account prioritization, pipeline management, and market expansion.
- Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to improve revenue forecasting processes and provide scenario analysis for annual and quarterly planning.
- Data Visualization & Storytelling: Build intuitive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar, and present findings in a clear, compelling way to stakeholders at all levels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to analyze customer behavior, channel performance, and market trends to shape strategic initiatives.
- Revenue Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance revenue (eg, by optimizing sales resourcing, customer segmentation, book alignment).
- Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline data collection, reporting processes, and analytics workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, business analytics, or sales operations in a high-growth or media/technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Excel, SQL.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and account segmentation.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to think big-picture while diving into granular details.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance metrics.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and operational support.
- Excellent project management abilities, skilled at managing multiple workflows and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The range for this role is $70,000-420,000.

We’re looking for our next Security Partner to lead security conversations between the Security team and our business units. The BSP team manages the picture of risk in their stakeholders’ ecosystem, secures business workflows and technical ecosystems, and delivers targeted awareness. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on security, compliance, and privacy standards across the business
- Serve as the main liaison between the business and corresponding security teams to ensure that business initiatives are done in accordance with security standards

Talent Intelligence is part of the Talent Acquisition team and collaborates with leaders across Netflix on critical talent questions. Team members act as consultative partners, using internal and external labor market insights to inform decision-making, candidate engagement, and long-term workforce strategy across business units and regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own research projects from inception to delivery, including stakeholder engagement, alignment with Talent and Netflix priorities, and effective communication of findings.
- Act as subject matter expert on labor markets, industry trends, and associated research methodologies.
- Anticipate business needs and proactively deliver insights that help the Talent organization react to changing market trends.

Open Connect Strategic Negotiator
This role is suited to a seasoned professional with more than 7 years of related experience in complex negotiations and relationship management with Internet Service Providers who are looking for a new challenge at one of the largest Internet content providers in the world.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with ISPs in the United States and Canada, and represent Netflix business interests in negotiations
- Provide regular updates and capacity forecasts to ISP partners on Netflix traffic destined for their users. Suggest potential network optimizations where appropriate
- Monitor interconnection and OCA utilization to ensure sufficient capacity is available and work with ISPs to augment capacity as needed
- Cross-functional collaborations with Business Development, Legal, Government Relations, and Public Relations representing Open Connect objectives
- Contribute to relevant industry organizations and events to promote Open Connect and help develop the global interconnection ecosystem
Requirements:
- Communicate effectively and succinctly with a wide variety of technical, business, and legal contacts at ISP partners fluently in English
- A history of executive engagements with ISPs
- Deep understanding of the Internet ecosystem, both from a technical and business perspective
- High-level project management skills to ensure the success of partner activities
- Exceptional familiarity with Internet technology concepts and their use by ISPs including routing (IGP/BGP), traffic management, and interconnection and data center services
- Ability to present Netflix Open Connect concepts and activities for audiences of various sizes
- Ability to analyze and present a variety of data using Google Sheets, scripting, and database queries
- Be able to produce reports using tools such as Microstrategy and Tableau for internal and partner uses
