Manager, Ads Marketing Operations

The Role
After launching Netflix with Ads in late 2022, we have continued to innovate our offering to better serve advertisers while continuing to provide a best-in-class experience to ad-tier subscribers. We are building out core functions on the Ads Marketing team to support the 12 ad tier countries around the world. Our goal is to drive awareness of Netflix Ads and how it can meet advertiser objectives and drive impact for brands.
As a Manager, Ads Marketing Planning & Operations, this role will have the opportunity to work across our growing Global ads business in 12 countries. The role will work closely with the Global department leader to: scale our work across 4 regions, drive annual team planning, formalize project and budget tracking, and set overall best practices for the Ads Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion to find operational efficiencies and tools that better enable teams to build great work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building frameworks and playbooks that enable our teams’ projects (eg, positioning, campaigns, programs, narratives) to scale globally
- Implementing and managing global workflows and processes with internal cross-functional partners
- Developing and executing the architecture and roll-out of key tracking needs. (e.g. project tracking, budgets, asset and content libraries)
- Leading the annual ads marketing planning process and maintaining updates throughout the year
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of proven operations and planning experience in a global marketing function
- Experience working in highly cross-functional businesses (eg, sales, finance, legal, creative).
- Deep knowledge of key systems such as SalesForce, Airtable, Miro, Monday, and Smartsheet
- Experience establishing and scaling global business processes and workflows
- Track record of utilizing strong problem solving skills while developing new ways of working with internal partners
- High level of intellectual curiosity with the ability to demonstrate strong judgment in the face of ambiguity

Content Accountant – Games & Localization
Netflix is still relatively new to Gaming and this role provides you the chance to join a team that is committed to transforming the perception of what entertainment is and how it can be enjoyed through the Netflix service. QUALITIES WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Fundamentals of Accounting- We’d like you to have 3+ years of relevant accounting experience under your belt backed by a bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance; CPA license is preferred.
- Industry experience is not essential if you are enthusiastic about the position, have a strong accounting background and are capable of learning quickly. A love for gaming or accounting experience at a gaming company is a plus!
- Attention to detail + love for data – We pride ourselves on producing high quality work, scrutinizing important numbers and formulas for accuracy, and using spreadsheets and system data to reconcile accounts and solve problems; we like our accountants to love Excel pivot tables and be unphased by large data sets.
- Enthusiasm and quick learning – Enthusiasm for designing and building new accounting systems and making improvements to existing systems. Prior work with contract review (revenue, leases, or other complex documents), data entry and analysis, research, and other problem-solving tasks is helpful, but we understand you probably have never done content accounting. That’s OK with us because we’ll teach you as long as you’re excited about learning.

- Based in our Hollywood office, reporting to the management team in Content Accounting.
- Part of the team responsible for the financial integrity of the company’s gaming contractual commitments, assets (capitalization), liabilities (payments), and expenses (amortization and development).
- Perform monthly close tasks (such as capitalization roll forwards, accrual analyses, and reconciliations).
- Review and prepare documentation of games development agreements, which includes interpreting contractual terms and understanding the application of our accounting policies.
- Account for games content costs and work with business partners to understand the full cost of both externally and internally developed games.

Manager, Enterprise Security Technology – Service & Maintenance

We are looking for a Manager, Enterprise Security Technology – Service & Maintenance, who will be part of the team that oversees Netflix’s enterprise-wide physical security systems. You will focus on the programmatic oversite delivery of uptime of our hardware and software through vendor management, preventative maintenance, patch updates, and a multitude of other methods.
We are seeking a people-oriented individual skilled at articulating complex technical work to stakeholders, managing multiple projects, and ready to take on a Netflix-sized challenge with a wide scope in a dynamic role. Responsibilities
- Manage a team of contract technicians, application engineers, and coordinators to troubleshoot, repair, and perform regular maintenance and work on security system infrastructure 24/7
- Understand the nuance of hardware and software deployed across different environments and facilities from office spaces, studios, theaters, and more
- Partner with cross-functional teams like Security Operations, Workplace, Network Engineering, etc.. to ensure we have the best remediation plans and coordination of access to specialty spaces for field repairs
- Determine the best posture for a preventive maintenance plan that will ensure we check the programming and hardware quality of all devices on a regular cadence to reduce the likelihood of service outages
- Negotiate all vendor contracts for local service providers and ensure billing globally is sent to the appropriate cost center
- Ensure standard operating procedures (SOP) are developed and implemented to respond to different severity-level events
- Manage the service level agreements (SLA) for our internal partners and external service field vendors for the appropriate response and remediation time of a service issue
- Develop and maintain all playbooks on troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing systems
- Monitor and maintain a reasonable inventory of replacement hardware, general-use materials, and tools
- Obtain and maintain licenses, operator permits, or certifications as required
- Create and publish metrics around the up-time and ticket intake to identify potential trouble alarms, cost, and SLA delivery
- Clearly communicate program updates and information to the team, stakeholders, and employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with at least 7 years of experience with increasing scope, responsibility, and complexity at a multinational company
- Familiarity with multiple security technologies hardware and software from manufacturers like Genetec, Envoy, Life Safety, Axis, Schlage, Von Duprin, etc…
- Comfortable leading global cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage both full-time employees and VARs/vendors
- Solid understanding of network architecture and information security principles
- Entertainment and/or tech industry experience is strongly preferred
- Comfortable with a fast pace and constant change
- Willingness to run lean with a DIY mentality, take educated risks, and think out of the box
Manager, Client Security Integrations
The Client Security Integrations (CSI) team provides the security strategy and client engineering solutions to protect content, our applications on every type of platform, and both our data and our subscribers’ data. We are responsible for integrating the security features and controls for all Netflix client applications, working directly with client engineering teams within and outside of Netflix. This role will lead a diverse group of security software engineers in building those solutions and engaging across the company and the industry in this space. As leader for this team, you will use your strong technical expertise combined with that of the team in the areas of:
- Direct security integrations and protections on mobile clients, game consoles, and browsers
- Robust foundational security design and solutions
- Security evaluations and designing protections for new Netflix initiatives and features
- Vulnerability assessment, management, and remediation
- Working on all of Netflix’s platforms: Mobile devices, browsers, game consoles, and 10’ (TV, Set Top Box) devices, operating systems and application
