The Netflix Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Consumer Products and Experiences Legal Team is seeking a talented and passionate operations manager to support our Advertising and Marketing legal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with cross functional teams, including Advertising, AdTech, Marketing, Legal Ops, Business and Legal Affairs, Product, and Privacy, to perform the following functions:
- Advise on the tooling and operation of legal components of the advertising and marketing ecosystems within the company;
- Lifecycle project management, with the synthesization of business requirements into coherent, cross-functional and cross-software implementations;
- Identify and institute automation opportunities;
- Develop process mechanisms for the handling and analysis of large sets of data

What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of relevant experience as an operations professional, ideally including familiarity with the ads (e.g., internal management of CRM and OMS functions) and marketing industries. Experience with Evisort, AirTable, Tableau, Canva, and Publicate are a plus.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. The range for this role is $130,000 – $380,000.

We are seeking a highly creative, and detail-oriented Creative Producer to join Tudum’s Video Team. This role will oversee the end-to-end creation of engaging, high-quality video content for Netflix audiences, ensuring alignment with brand strategies, distribution opportunities, and editorial priorities. You will manage projects from ideation through publishing, working across research, development, production, post-production, publishing, and promotion. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller, passionate collaborator, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research & Audience Consideration: Absorb as much information about a show or movie as possible to develop an informed point of view about a show, movie, audience, and content capture opportunity.
- Creative Development: Brainstorm boldly with creative partners, considering project parameters and distribution opportunities to inform your ideas. Refine concepts into detailed treatments, scripts, or execution plans.
- Production: Manage video capture in many forms including set visits, integration into an existing junket, or overseeing a production vendor to execute an original shoot. Maintain project timelines and budgets while managing on-set or vendor productions.
- Post-Production: Supervise video edits, managing multiple rounds of feedback with internal and external stakeholders, abiding by legal/talent restrictions while delivering creative excellence

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in creative production, video content creation, publishing AV, entertainment marketing production, branded content creation or related fields.

- Creative development expertise paired with creative problem solving based on project parameters. Must have a strong point of view on excellence in digital video formats and why an idea would resonate with a specific audience.

Manager/Counsel, Physical Production Legal
The Physical Production Legal team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager/Counsel to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who can independently manage and execute various legal functions related to physical production. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative with internal and external partners across Netflix’s slate of high-profile series. This candidate will be able to navigate through complex matters that arise during the production lifecycle. This candidate will have a strong background in structuring, drafting, and negotiating production and employment agreements, with a keen understanding of industry standards and deal contexts.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as primary point of contact for below-the-line legal matters arising during development, pre-production, production, post production and launch.
- Independently structure, draft and negotiate below-the- line production agreements ensuring alignment with Netflix and industry standard and deal contexts (e.g., physical production department head agreements; casting director agreements; line producer agreements; short term production services agreements;vendor/rental agreements; equipment rental agreements; vehicle rental agreements; aviation, charter & drone rental agreements; watercraft agreements; location agreements; production office space/stage/facilities lease agreements; post production agreements and visual effects agreements).

Credit Manager
The perfect candidate will be hands-on and very detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, be capable of multitasking, and take the initiative to implement efficient and scalable policies and procedures.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Partner with Revenue Accounting and other business leads to design and implement credit policies for multiple revenue and payment streams, including ads, partnerships, payment processors, and consumer products.
- Implement tools and solutions (1st and/or 3rd party) to enable a highly automated and scalable credit and risk management process.
- Integrate with and lead the AR and Collections team and related workflows to ensure an efficient and cohesive operational model.
- Manage the processing of customer credit, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate customer credit records, using ERP systems such as Workday and other systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams during the negotiation phase of large deals with a focus on minimizing DSO.

- Develop and implement processes for credit and collections metrics and strategies to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform detailed tracking and analysis of credit and cash collections and collaborate with internal accounting teams to ensure proper treatment under US GAAP.

- Identify process gaps and drive projects to simplify and automate manual workflows.
