At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), we’re seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Empower Program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, teamwork, and being a reliable point of contact in a mission-driven environment.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm
Your Role in Our Mission:
- Answer phones and assist callers professionally
- Support participant and staff check-in/check-out
- Prepare, file, and track billing and program paperwork
- Assist with invoicing, payments, deposits, and basic finance tasks
- Support staff onboarding and attend team meetings
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized site
- Provide occasional program support as needed

What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

Operations Manager

- Manage club follow ups to ensure members are not past due and current
- Executes procedures as outlined by front desk and kids club manuals
- Assist Club Manager with all club operations as needed
- Responsible for daily register deposits
- Maintains office supply order

- Attends all staff and club meetings and events
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with members and staff
- Ensures that all required documentation (daily reports, checklists, etc.) are completed in a timely manner.

- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from members
- Attend all social functions within the club
- Participate in group classes and regular exercise
- Available to work weekends and evenings and holidays

- Experience in cash handling and credit cards
- 1-2 Years’ experience in customer service function
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds

About the Role:
You know better than anyone that LPNs are essential members of a facility’s medical team. Your role is to assist RNs and physicians in keeping patients comfortable and on the road to recovery. Here are a few things you might do:
- Chart and record the administration of medication and treatment.
- Patient observation.
- Perform specific procedures, such as reading and recording vital signs, measuring and recording weight and height, and running other diagnostic tests.
- Comfort and reassure apprehensive patients.
