Position Specific Description

 

The HR Data Analytics Specialist plays a key role in harnessing data to drive strategic HR initiatives, particularly in healthcare and wellness plan management. This role utilizes data analytics to offer insights into cost management, utilization patterns, and the effectiveness of HR policies and programs, including the analysis of Paid versus Incurred data.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Perform in-depth analysis of HR and healthcare data to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decisions, particularly in understanding cost dynamics through Paid versus Incurred data analysis.
  • Predictive Analytics: Develop predictive models to identify trends and forecast future needs in employee health and wellness, supporting the overall HR strategy.
  • Integration and Management: Manage data from diverse sources, ensuring it is effectively integrated into HR systems for comprehensive analysis.

Director, Operations Integration and Process Improvement

The Director, Operations Integration and Process Improvement will report directly to the Sr. Director of Operations.  In this role, they will be responsible for leading the strategic vision for integration efforts around key acquisitions and systems migrations.  This role will need to have a clear vision of the goal and ensure that cross functional teams are aligned to achieve that goal.  This will include formal project management, including identifying process improvements and implementing solutions to ensure operational excellence for each acquisition.  In addition, this role will evaluate current existing processes across the business and recommend and implement solutions to improve these processes.  This will include leading offsites, working cross functionally, working with vendors, etc. to be successful.  The Director will need to be able to coordinate meetings, lead meetings, coordinate with upper management and lead presentations and communicate directly to upper management.  They will need to be comfortable making decisions and working autonomously.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accountability for leading the integration of key acquisitions, including project management, strategic decision making, system migrations, process improvements, etc.
  • Accountability for leading a comprehensive review of the order to cash process for the mass markets and commercial businesses, including all process mapping, understanding of key historical issues, identifying risks and controls and implementing fixes near term
  • Develop project plans, process flows, presentations and other forms of communication to present to cross functional teams and upper management
  • Strategic ownership for operations when it comes to optimal processes and integrations
  • Develop solutions when issues arise and implement them
  • Hit key deadlines and determine how to allocate resources within the larger operations organization post-acquisition

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct Market Research: Partner with market Intelligence to monitor and analyze competitor strategies, financial standing, pricing trends, partnerships, and market expansion across technologies and geographies.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Assist in researching regulatory developments, transmission trends, pricing movements, and other market signals affecting renewable energy development.
  • Support Regional Research: Work closely with regional Competitive Intelligence Leads to track interconnection queues, permitting activity, competitor pipelines, and development trends across U.S. regions (e.g., CAISO, ERCOT, MISO, PJM, SPP).
  • Develop and Maintain Intelligence Tools: Help maintain databases, dashboards, visualizations and reports to make intelligence accessible and actionable.
