The position
As an Associate II in Master Data Management, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex global master data management processes, ensuring accurate and timely preparation and maintenance of customer, finance, assets, and treasury master data in the SAP ERP system.
  • Performing day-to-day activities of processing master data tickets assigned, following relevant SOPs, business matrix, SLA timelines, and KPIs.
  • Facilitating the setup and maintenance of global and local master data, requiring coordination across global business units and diverse cultures.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or accounting.

The position
As a Project Associate at Novo Nordisk, you will be involved in management of Coupa process and 1st line invoice review. You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Manage the Coupa process, including creating suppliers in Coupa, following up to ensure suppliers are created, receiving relevant contracts, and submitting requisitions for PO creation.
  • Submit approved invoices for payment, ensuring accurate data assignment, including PO number and cost center allocation.

  • Maintain a high degree of communication and interaction with Legal & Compliance stakeholders across North America Operations.
  • Interact with stakeholders at different levels within the Law department, requiring the ability to work and communicate effectively with people from diverse cultures and organizational levels.
  • Regularly interact with stakeholders to provide status updates on ongoing invoicing, payments, and tasks.
  • Prepare necessary documents and reports, including analysis inputs for stakeholder meetings.

The Position
