Marketing & Proposal Coordinator

Rani Engineering seeks a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the firm’s business development efforts. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role plays a key part in developing compelling proposal materials, maintaining CRM data integrity, managing social media content, and supporting various design and communication initiatives across the company.

This is an ideal role for a marketing professional with strong writing, design, and organizational skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Your Impact:

  • Proposal Development (50%)
    1. Coordinate, write, and edit SOQs, proposals, and RFP responses under the direction of the Director of Marketing
    2. Maintain proposal boilerplate content, resumes, and project sheets
    3. Collaborate with technical staff to gather content and meet submission deadlines
    4. Assist with QA/QC and final production of proposal documents
    5. Guide the pursuit team in developing shortlist interviews and presentations
  • CRM Management (15%)
    1. Maintain and update Unanet CRM records (contacts, pursuits, firms, opportunities)
    2. Assist with data entry, contact lists, and CRM-driven marketing reports
    3. Support the pursuit tracking and reporting functions for leadership
  • Digital & Social Media (15%)
    1. Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts using brand-aligned templates and messaging
    2. Assist with website updates (project pages, team bios, news)
    3. Track and report engagement metrics and content performance
  • Graphic Design & Collateral (15%)
    1. Support creation of branded graphics, project sheets, presentations, and event materials
    2. Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) to develop polished, on-brand materials
    3. Maintain internal image library and marketing asset organization
  • External Event Support (5%)
    1. Help plan and support external engagement events and conferences
    2. Assist with awards submissions and other external communication initiatives

Here’s what you’ll need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, journalism, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (AEC industry preferred)
  • Strong writing and editing skills, especially in professional or technical settings
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in written and visual materials
  • Ability to multitask and manage shifting workloads to meet multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop requires)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Unanet is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively with technical staff

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a determined Marketing Specialist who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. This role will play a key role in helping to coordinate, execute, and track strategic marketing plans for the Brinks Home brand across advertising, email, web, collateral/content, PR, and social media. They will drive the execution of initiatives designed to deliver against the company’s strategic priorities. The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented and has experience in coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple verticals/channels at once.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate asset delivery and campaign launches with internal teams and agency partners (search, social, display, video).
Maintain campaign documentation, UTM tracking, and performance calendars.
Support ongoing campaign optimization by coordinating asset updates, QA’ing changes, and ensuring updates are implemented accurately.
Assist in managing organic social media content creation in line with established strategy.
Maintain posting cadence, optimize posting dates/times, and adhere to platform best practices.
Track and report on performance, monitoring key KPIs to support optimization and planning.
Coordinate the development and delivery of marketing content and collateral across digital and sales enablement channels.
Manage content workflows, timelines, and approvals to ensure assets are delivered on schedule.
Ensure all content and collateral align with campaign objectives, messaging, and brand standards.
Coordinate the landing page development process from kick-off to delivery, partnering with UX/UI, creative, and web teams.
Manage timelines, requirements, feedback, and QA for landing pages to ensure accuracy, functionality, and brand alignment.

Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural projects. The Project Manager oversees the Project Architect to ultimately ensure the highest quality construction documents. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of the project schedule, including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding and Construction Administration. This position reports to the Client Executive/Principal Architect and is charged with ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget constraints in accordance PBK’s quality and client service standards.

 

Your Impact:

  • Supervise and manage Project Architect and the project team to ensure high quality construction documents.
  • Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Organize and direct the architectural and/or engineering teams to execute the work in an orderly, timely, and coordinated manner.
  • Direct, organize and mentor junior staff with responsibility oversight of their assignments.
  • Responsible for maintaining positive client relationships throughout project. Keep client apprised of project progress on regular basis.
  • Provide technical advice to the project team.
  • Support Client Executive and/or Principal Architect in supervision and delegation of work.
  • Lead Construction administration jobsite meetings with contractors and owners.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field is required.
  • Architecture License preferred.
  • 7+ years of professional experience preferred.
  • Ability to professionally communicate both verbally and in writing to give assignments to office support staff, consultants, and vendors.
  • Willingness to make decisions; exhibit sound and accurate judgment; support and explain reasoning for decisions; include appropriate people in decision-making process; make timely decisions.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in using AutoCAD/Revit programs. Working knowledge of graphic programs (SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suites) a plus.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills required.
  • Knowledge of building codes required.

TikTok Specialist- Remote

 

Job Description:

Own Pyle’s TikTok Shop and Social Commerce end-to-end. Get a large catalog listed fast, run TikTok Live, activate creators/paid talent, and drive Sales on a lean budget. Prove traction within 90 days.

Key Responsibilities:

Stand up and manage TikTok Shop: storefront, listings, pricing, promos, bundles, compliance.

  • Plan and run TikTok Live selling (host yourself or manage hosts); build weekly show calendars.
  • Source, brief, and manage creators/influencers; negotiate deals; track performance/attribution.
  • Launch/optimize low-budget paid (e.g., Spark Ads/Promote); scale winners.
  • Coordinate with the broader sales team on inventory, samples, fulfillment, and launch timelines.
  • Report on KPIs (Sales, Profit, CPA/ROAS, CTR, live session metrics) and iterate quickly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 year hands-on social commerce selling (TikTok Shop, IG Live, or similar).
  • Scrappy, go-getter, self-directed problem solver; can set up systems end-to-end with minimal resources.
  • Comfortable on-camera or directing talent; strong hooks, scripts, and offer building.
  • Basic creative/editing skills (UGC briefs, short-form video edits, captions) and data literacy.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Seller Center, Creator Marketplace, affiliate links, and live tools.

Position Overview:

Millennium Control Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager. The project manager is responsible for leading a project from inception to closure. Project Managers are responsible for ensuring successful project execution which includes planning, organizing project communication, reporting, scheduling, and budget management. A successful project is executed on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure project scope and deliverables are defined and documented
  • Create and maintain project schedule with key milestones and deliverables
  • Ensure project budgets are setup properly for categories and departments
  • Monitor project finances in accordance with project budget
  • Facilitate delivery of project scope with internal teams
  • Complete weekly project reports that highlight strategy, status, risks, and mitigation plans
  • Serve as client facing representative for each assigned project

Qualifications

What we need you to have:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent of 10+ years working as project manager
  • Strong computer skills with competency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and OneNote, Sharepoint
  • Demonstrated track record of leading projects from inception to completion.
