Field Applications Engineer

We are now looking for a Field Applications Engineer! NVIDIA’s AI platforms have already made a major impact on the field and are broadly used across leading academic institutions, start-ups, and industry, including the world’s largest enterprise companies. This Field Applications Engineering role is for a specialist in system design, networking and leader to our customers who believe that artificial intelligence is a new computing revolution and has the potential to transform the industry.

 

NVIDIA is seeking an outstanding FAE with a focus on datacenter system and network design for AI computing. Your primary responsibilities will be onsite technical engagement for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI computing systems. Your role will involve working across functions within our organizations while also ensuring a positive experience for external customers.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide onsite support for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions.
  • Solving complex hardware and deployment issues
  • Be a technical specialist on GPU and networking products directly supporting sales account managers, working closely with the team to deliver outstanding AI datacenter solutions.
  • Actively establish the technical relationship with our customer’s engineers, management, and architects at focus accounts.
  • Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in the enterprise AI market.
  • Provide technical and sales training to the direct sales team and channel partners.
  • Establish strong relationships and communication channels with internal teams.

 

What we need to see:

  • BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of work-related experience in the high-tech electronics industry in a system design role or technical customer support role.
  • In-depth knowledge of servers, storage systems, network devices, and other data center hardware
  • Capable of working in a constantly evolving environment without losing focus.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a multifaceted environment.
  • Expert analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time-management and organization skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities, and implementations of new technology and products into very sophisticated projects.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English with the ability to effectively collaborate with management and engineering.

 

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with large-scale rollouts of datacenter equipment.
  • Networking knowledge — TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, Switches, etc.
  • C/C++ and Python programming skills.
  • Embedded Linux System, APIs, and similar embedded OS knowledge.
  • Experience working with OEMs in the industrial, military, and ruggedized computing space.
  • Knowledge of HVAC and cooling systems for thermal management, power distribution, cabling, and rack layout as well as CPU Architecture knowledge

 

 

The base salary range is 132,000 USD – 253,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

Technical Marketing Intern, 3D Pipelines and Tech Art – Summer 2025

We are looking for a Technical Marketing Engineer Intern with an interest in 3D pipeline engineering and technical art! If you enjoy getting your hands dirty with technology along with being on the forefront of the industry, then the Omniverse & Robotics Technical Marketing team is a perfect place for your energy and drive to learn and work on business impacting programs with a technical twist. Our team leads, creates, and deploys learning content and enablement assets that bring technical information to life with the goal of accelerating developers and the technical market within the NVIDIA Omniverse and Robotics ecosystem. We are seeking a self-starter intern to learn and embrace OpenUSD to be a part of onboarding the next generation of 3D content and pipeline developers.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Learn about developing 3D assets and content pipelines using OpenUSD with the purpose of applying that knowledge to build content and training material to teach other developers.
  • Assist with crafting compelling technical marketing content such as reference architectures, workflow guides, technical blogs, demos & experiences, and case studies to showcase the value and capabilities of OpenUSD and NVIDIA Omniverse & Robotics.
  • Collaborate with product management, product marketing and product engineering to align on go to market technical materials and assets, supporting the development and evolution of OpenUSD.

 

What we need to see:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with 3D graphics concepts and mathematics.
  • Proficient with programming in Python and/or C++
  • Willingness to learn and to stay updated on the latest advancements in OpenUSD.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including stakeholders and domain experts (e.g. artists, developers, producers, etc.).
  • Possess strong problem-solving, writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.

 

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Knowledge of 3D content creation processes.
  • Familiarity with one or more digital content creation (DCC) application (e.g. Blender, Maya, or Houdini).
  • Knowledge of asset management and 3D content pipelines.
  • Experience optimizing 3D assets for performance in both real-time and offline environments.
  • Familiarity with OpenUSD and showcase a developing portfolio of software development projects (e.g. Github repositories).

 

 

The hourly rate for our interns is 36 USD – 51 USD. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.

NVIDIA 2025 Internships: Hardware ASIC Design

Throughout the minimum 12-week internship, students will work on projects that have a measurable impact on our business. We’re looking for students pursuing Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree within a relevant or related field.

 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree within Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Course or internship experience related to the following areas could be required:

Senior Manager, Data Quality Operations

NVIDIA is at the forefront of powering AI and LLMs across multiple industries. Our thesis is that to build exceptional LLMs you need exceptional human beings to train them. Humans are essential in providing the best training data for these models, and NVIDIA operates the largest network of humans in the world to provide this training data. As the Head of Data Quality Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our training data quality is as useful for customers as possible. You will own ideating what high-quality training means and looks like across various projects, driving thought leadership with our customers about data quality, developing the entire annotator training program, creating our “golden datasets” to programmatically evaluate annotators, and more. The role involves a combination of critical thinking, data analysis, roll-up-your-sleeves operations, and cross-functional collaboration. This is one of the highest-impact roles at the company. The ideal candidate has a strong entrepreneurial demeanor, is comfortable leading a team and working with them under ambiguity at a high velocity and can make things happen.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with linguists, annotators, academics, and researchers to ensure NVIDIA stays at the forefront of the definition of data quality.
  • Own communication and thought leadership around data quality with key customers and collaborators.
  • Supervise the training materials and curriculum for our entire annotator base.
  • Supervise the creation of our “golden datasets” to ensure we have a quality signal on our annotators in a scalable way.
  • Work with project teams to understand the nuances and challenges of developing good training data, come up with perspectives on how those edge cases should be handled, and relay that perspective to our customers.
  • Create and scale a data innovation team to use pioneering methods to ensure annotation quality and increase data value.
  • Key Collaborator in planning/design/implementation and testing of annotation tooling.
  • Lead a global workforce of over a thousand annotators including a data science team, and a quality assurance team.

 

What we need to see:

  • PhD. Degree or equivalent experience with focus on applied machine learning.
  • 7+ years of overall experience with 4+ years of experience in Management/leadership roles.
  • Strong communication skills.
