The incumbent will execute the plan defined by Nykaa Man Website Operations Head, that shapes the commercial & marketing activities to drive profitable growth for Nykaa Man. You will be required to dive deep into the customer purchase process, understand what drives customer decisions, and work with other teams and departments to deliver a great customer experience.
Key Areas of Responsibility
● Ensuring accurate and timely inputs through cross-functional coordination
– Get accurate offer details in the required format, once details are shared by Brand Managers
– Follow up with the designer on all HP banners, to be shared as per the timeline.
– Coordination with the product design team to get the Figma prototype.
– QC all banners for accurate communication.
● Delivery and Timeliness
– Timely upload of banners as per schedule.
– Ensure correct and consistent banner communication.
● SOP Creation of all processes of Website Operations
● Bringing in new ideas and executing them (Proactiveness):
– New features on HP, landing pages, PLP
– Benchmarking with other Nykaa platforms – quarterly
– Maintain a repository of banners and sections on the app by taking references from other platforms
– Share banner references with the design team for all events & new banners on the app if any
– Testing and execution of new features
● Work with the tech and QA teams to test and troubleshoot component functionality and issues

Purpose of the Role:
Candidate is expected to be skilled at drafting and negotiating business / commercial agreements, providing advisory on legal issues, managing stakeholders, etc. and possess sound legal knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, vetting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements (including Lease/Leave & License Agreement, Distribution Agreements, Warehousing Operations Agreement, Marketing Agreements, Endorsement Agreements, Workplace Support Agreements, Manpower supply Agreements, Vendor Agreement, Trademark Licensing Agreements, Software Licensing Agreements, MSA, SOW, NDA, etc.) with an aim to balance risk mitigation with efficiency of execution. End to end contracts management from drafting, executing and stamping as per the prevailing laws.
- Identifying and addressing deviations from standard clauses, highlighting potential risks and implementing process improvements.
- Managing the legal operations, reviewing marketing collaterals, advising and strategizing on branding/IP activities, advising on stamping and registration of the property documents across India.
- Participation in external negotiations for efficient contract closures.
- Collaborating with the relevant stakeholders (business, admin, procurement, marketing, IT, Accounts & Finance, Tax, HR and other teams) from across different locations for various types of commercial contracts closures /queries.
