Role and Responsibilities:
- Monitor campaign completion and action plan for completion with the stipulated time period.
- Manage CFT meetings for Failure resolutions & Monitor counter measures.
- Monitor Warranty Trend and generate PCIR and Follow-up with CQA & RnD for solution
- Statistical Analysis of the failures and monitoring DPHV, Breakdowns and Repeated repairs.
- Analyze part consumption for abnormality and escalate to the failure resolution forums
- Follow-up with Quality Assurance and Engineering / Development for concern resolution
- Preparation and Release of technical circular to the field
- Establishment of the failures / Failures modes and also identifying failures relevant to product liability and escalation.
- Updating Service Manual & Owner’s Manual
- Evaluate and approve the ECN on behalf of service and coordinate with spare parts function for parts catalogue update.
- Design & Develop Special Tools for efficient repairs of the vehicles.
- Design for service evaluation and identify measures to improve the serviceability.
- Simulating the failures reported in the field and devise easy repair methods
- Conduct special training sessions to field for disseminating new diagnostics, defect assessment and repairs techniques.
- Diagnose Field failures via Telematics and define the next actions
- Identify new failures (software or Mechanical) and make PCIR for RCA & PCA initiation
- Coordinate for updates in Owner’s Manual in line with the recent updates in the products and the service offered.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Engineering or Diploma in Automotive/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience in 2 or 4 wheeler automotive OEM in Technical Support or product support or Service engineering function.
- Expertise in using diagnostic applications and tools
- Hands on experience in using Oscilloscope, Telematics & Data Loggers will be an added advantage.
Regional Technical Support Manager

- Support Workshops remotely or in-person to diagnose and resolve the technical concerns at field
- Visit to the workshop/ customer in the given region for diagnosing & resolving the concerns and conducting OJTs
- Identify new failures and make PCIR for RCA & PCA initiation
- Arrange PCIR failed parts and hand over the parts to the CQA for RCA
- Refer the telematics for analysing the concerns in the scooters
- Conduct short session for dissemination of the know-how in there respective regions on latest repairs
- Verify and Approve the warranty claims from their respective regions with in 2 hrs TAT
- Identify difficult repair or diagnostics topics, prepare the technical circulars and release to the network.
- Highlight Service manual and current flow diagram corrections/ update
- communicate to the training department on need identified on training reinforcement topics in their respective regions.

Lead – Battery Refurbishment

- Coordinating for battery receipt & shipments from workshops and maintaining records.
- Inspection of 100% batteries for defects such as dents, cracks to shell and connections.
- Conducting the BMS replacements & Testing repaired batteries for capacity tests & recording the SOH.
- Ability to write / Modify cycler parameters for battery tests
- Coordinating logistics of inward and outward of batteries transport.
- Categorizing the failure modes and escalating for counter measure
- Updating the record of BMS boards nos for traceability
- Monitoring and coordinating for the payments and reconciliation with the vendor

Lead – Supply Chain Finance
Roles and Responsibilities :
- This role will provide financial leadership for the Supply Chain function in GTM month end close process, monthly forecasting and annual planning process,review of contracts for commitment and contingencies disclosure, and inventory audit process.
- Develop an effective operations and production forecasting process, interlinked with a sales forecast, which can be incorporated into the overall Company-wide financial forecasts
- Identify / source and execute cost improvement initiatives in the Supply Chain to reduce inefficiencies and waste throughout the value chain. Challenge the status quo and provide fact based insights to improve business performance.
- Establish/ Examine accurate forecasts for Finished Goods inventory values and production plans, in cooperation with the Supply Chain teams.
- Opex and Capex control: Control over, Outbound Logistics cost, Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS, Quarterly Roll Forward, Capex case Evaluation & capitalization
- Inventory Management: Inventory Levels, Slow/Non-moving/Obsolete inventory analysis and control, Inventory Variances Controls, Inventory audits and physical verification
