About Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Associate Manager specializing in Email Marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our (CRM) system and executing effective email marketing campaigns. This role involves working closely with marketing, product, analytics, sales, and customer service teams to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing, App push, WhatsApp, SMS campaigns, including planning, content creation, testing, deployment, and analysis.
- Manage and optimize our CRM system to ensure accurate customer data, segmentation, and targeting for personalized communication.
- Design and implement customer journeys and automated workflows to nurture leads and conversions and enhance customer retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email, web push, WhatsApp, SMS and app push marketing strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing for email and app push campaigns to optimize performance and ensure continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and technologies CRM.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective email templates.
Work Experience:
- 2-4 Years of relevant experience in CRM for a digital business.
- Bachelorβs degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Customer-centric mindset and eye for detail is a must.
- Working knowledge of atleast one campaign management tool: MoEngage, CleverTap.
- Understanding of GDPR and other email marketing regulations is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Experience in managing the digital portfolio for a hospitality business is a plus.
Key Account Manager- US
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue potential customers or clients through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Deliver compelling product and service presentations to showcase OYOβs value and address client questions head-on.
- Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the process.
- Effective prioritization and organization of tasks to maximize productivity and meet sales targets within deadlines.
- Establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with (owners, key decision makers) for long term success.
- Coordinate with the cross-functional teams to ensure business target achievements and meeting expectations on service delivery.
- Ensure the success of partners through continuous key account management, revenue monitoring, account analysis to identify levers of growth for the partner.

β Become a trusted partner of your hotels, developing close relations with the Hotel Owner, Partners Service providers and staff to ensure great guest experience in the UK SOB portfolio
.β Prior 5+ years of experience in Launching the Budget/Premium Hotels
.β Strong Vendor Identification, negotiation and Finalization etc skills
.β Able to lead and motivate the Staff and team to achieve the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction
.β Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments for the UK SOB portfolio, such as front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, Revenue etc at the Property and with Central teams
.β Oversee daily operations of the tagged portfolio to ensure the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently
.β Monitor guest feedback and address complaints or service issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels for the tagged UK SOB portfolio
.β Implement and maintain hotel policies, standards, and procedures
.β Manage the Financial KPIs (P&L) for the tagged UK SOB properties, aiming to maximize revenue and control costs
.β Monitor policy across Online channels and support in closing offline deals at the property
.β Develop strategies to increase revenue(Online and offline), including marketing initiatives and promotions
.β Work with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute plans to drive business, attract guests, and boost occupancy rates
.β Establish relationships with local businesses and tourism organizations to promote the hotel
.β Ensure compliance with employment laws and health and safety regulations
.β Ensure the Tagged Hotel properties provide a welcoming and memorable experience for all guests. Major focus on OTA reviews and Ratings for the tagged properties
.β Continuously improve service standards and introduce innovative ways to enhance the guest experience

.β Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with fire safety, licensing, and environmental regulations
