Physical Security Analyst

The Role
This is an exciting role responsible for the development, management, and execution of physical security outcomes for the East Coast, supporting our thriving US business delivering protection at facilities and events. You will be responsible for leading physical security and compliance within a diverse set of physical security and safety requirements. You will protect our people, facilities, and assets. This role is highly autonomous. You will have the opportunity to develop, maintain, and report on a first-class physical security capability while responsible for protecting some of our most critical data.

In this role, you will work closely with Palantir’s internal development teams and implementation teams to:
- Act as the primary point of contact for physical security between the employees, internal security teams, and internal Palantir operational teams.
- Design, plan, and implement a broad range of controls to safeguard people and customer data in highly sensitive environments.
- Directly lead, manage and mentor physical security personnel, maintaining clear performance standards while developing future physical security leaders.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a physical security program that effectively meets compliance and security requirements as stated in our customer contract. Perform technical implementation of various controls, processes, and procedures.
- Interface directly with internal operations, security teams, and security vendors to support business and security objectives, e.g. a safe and secure working environment, with consistent, high-quality customer service to employees, customers, and visitors. Independently own projects with balancing competing priorities.
- Manage incident response to physical events, ensuring employee and asset safety while minimizing operational impact.
- Advise our operations teams and employees on physical security, policy, processes, and trends.
- Provide physical security domain expertise on protective controls, to include contract personnel, fire and safety, CCTV/access control.
What We Value
- Ability to effectively communicate complex physical security concepts to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience working in high-security and/or technology industry environments with significant security, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Exposure to various physical security fields, with deep familiarity and conceptual understanding in one or more areas of specialization (e.g., Incident Response/Investigation, Guard Force/Vendor Management, CCTV/Access Control, Workplace Safety, Event Security/Executive Protection).
- Comprehensive knowledge of modern adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures, and the motivation to creatively thwart them.

What We Require
- 5+ years of experience in a physical security role leading physical security programs
- A degree in a relevant field (Risk Management, Physical Security, Emergency Management) or an equivalent accredited certification (PSP preferred).
Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $70,000 – $100,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Senior Software Engineer, Network Infrastructure
As a Senior Software Engineer on Network Infrastructure you will be joining a team whose mission is to make a highly dynamic and intricate Kubernetes networking tech stack a pleasure to interact with, in addition to being legible, robust and secure.
The Network Infrastructure team owns the tech responsible for north-south and east-west traffic flows across 100s of zero-trust K8s clusters running variable workloads. The team solves the novel technical challenges emergent at the intersection of scale, usability and security: enabling dynamic control over ephemeral infrastructure (10s of thousands of firewall rules targeting 1000s of short-lived pods) across multiple compliance regimes, using CNCF tools like envoy, cilium with K8s controllers to operate them. In this role, you will be working in one of the most technically challenging spaces at Palantir.

- Drive Palantir’s infrastructure strategy while grappling with the needs of your team’s diverse customer base
- Build the APIs through which both internal and external software developers interact with network infrastructure
- Deeply understand and leverage K8s networking primitives and the broader OSS ecosystem around K8s

Corporate Accounting Analyst
As a Corporate Accounting Analyst, you will partner closely with the upstream operational and international accounting teams. You will be responsible for helping the Corporate Accounting team close the books monthly as well as build out related internal controls, automation and process improvements. Core Responsibilities
- Partner with upstream and downstream teams to perform flux analysis as part of the month-end close process and advise on accounting for related transactions.
- Responsible for assisting in month-end close activities related to payroll, prepaids, credit cards, accruals and other transactions for both US and international subsidiaries.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation for balance sheet accounts, working with business partners to obtain support for any reconciling items.
- Implement and document improvements to facilitate growth, scalability, and improved compliance.
- Provide support to internal and external auditors during quarterly and year-end reviews relating to financial statement audits, including preparation of supporting documentation.

Systems Engineer – Microsoft 365
As a Systems Engineer in Palantir’s Technical Operations (IT) group, you’ll be joining a team that is the focal point for every major business workflow and decision at Palantir. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure powering Collaboration across the business. You’ll partner with our internal and external stakeholders to adapt industry tools to Palantir’s evolving needs, as well as expanding our use of Palantir Foundry and AIP for internal workloads.
As a member of the Collaboration Tools team, you’ll provide technical expertise and vision to key stakeholders. On any given day, you could be finding ways to programmatically manage complex systems with code, working with other internal teams to ensure services are highly available, or working with Information Security to harden critical systems.

- Configure and manage both commercial and GCC High M365 and Azure environments
- Act as Microsoft 365 SME and point of escalation for tech support and operations teams within the broader IT organization
