Responsibilities
You will be responsible for creating, driving, and implementing a research plan to discover actionable insights for creating the user experience for web-based applications and mobile devices. The research will be agile, keeping pace with the rapid innovation in the team. You will be working closely with our local design and research teams as well as our global product and business teams.
You have a deep understanding of the methods and best practices of user research. You are capable of leading the team to deliver high-quality outputs while working effectively on managing stakeholders, overlapping projects, and competing priorities.

Job requirement
β’ 5+ years of industry (hands-on) working experience conducting research as a business analyst, market researcher, UX Researcher, or equivalent professional experience required
β’ 3+ years of industry (hands-on) working experience managing projects and cross-functional teams
β’ Masterβs degree in human-computer interaction (HCI), experimental psychology, cognitive science, anthropology, information science, business, Economics, or related discipline
β’ Working knowledge of utilizing various research methodologies with a deep understanding of the pros and cons of each

In this capacity, you will play a key role within Alibaba Cloud Business Development team to recruit customers and partners and sell Alibaba Cloud global solutions to enterprise and SMEs clients in the US, Canadian and LATAM markets. Staff Software Engineer
You will be part of a fast-paced team that design and implement networking technologies and solutions for Alibabaβs explosive business needs. This includes white box switches that are specially designed for Alibabaβs datacenter network, hardware acceleration based on smart NIC/DPU/IPU, high performance network packet processing platform, networking protocol design and optimization, datacenter and backbone network SDN solutions etc.

1. Experience in the design and development of Ethernet switching or routing related software or distributed systems software, familiar with open source networking software such as SONiC.
