What You’ll Do:
Perform duties of parts ordering, work with suppliers and track spending, Manage Infor CMMS system and create work orders for PMs and EHS Program Element Lead. 1st Shift (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)
Responsibilities
- Parts Ordering
- Order all repair parts for production & support equipment, building maintenance items, and material &
- Review and follow up on parts item requests.
- Create, receive, and process payments for all maintenance purchase orders within the SAP system
- Track all spending via spreadsheet, update period summary, and compare to P-Net and ERT
- Work closely with suppliers to achieve timely deliveries of all orders.
- Perform cycle counts of inventoried parts each period and reconcile in the system
- Infor CMMS & SAP Systems
- Manage Infor CMMS system – This includes establishing appropriate inventory levels, verifying price,
- location and descriptions as well as requesting new part numbers and setting up new Infor users.
- Create requisitions, purchase orders, receipts and invoice vouchers within Infor for stocked parts and or
- corrective work requests – this includes verifying packing slip with PO, tagging part with Infor part number
- and stocking part in assigned location or kitting the part for work orders.
- Track & provide feedback and training as necessary to all Maintenance Personnel on effective use of Infor
- Work Orders
- Assist the Maintenance Planner & Production / Quality teams with creating new work order requests and entering them into the system.
- Assist with distribution of weekly P.M.’s for Maintenance, Production, and Quality
- Create corrective work orders for various production and building maintenance tasks.

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 – $71,800.

Manager, Public Policy & Goverment Affairs
The Public Policy and Government Affairs (PPGA) team helps PepsiCo navigate the increasingly volatile and complex policy and regulatory landscape in which our company operates. You will report to the Senior Director, of Public Policy & Government Affairs and be responsible for implementing programs and strategies to enhance PepsiCo’s federal and state policy standing and help achieve the company’s Public Policy and Government Affairs objectives, specifically in the areas of workforce and energy policy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement, with the Senior Director, comprehensive issue advocacy campaigns and management strategies on key workforce and energy policies.
- Represent the company externally on priority policy issues for the company with policymakers and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor, prioritize and provide consultation to the Senior Director on workforce, energy and other relevant public policy developments impacting PepsiCo Business in priority areas; maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external colleagues, including lawmakers and staff; articulating positions with lawmakers, trade associations and outside the organization; and communicating with appropriate internal colleagues to understand impacts and help formulate effective responses.

Here’s a bit more about what your job will be. Day to day you will:
- Work with a high degree of independence while performing PMs and repairs
- Utilize leading-edge technology and programs including PM using voice application, Noregon diagnostics, Mitchell 1, Uptake predictive analytics, TAAS, and more!
- Leverage and grow your skills working on Pepsi’s diverse fleet equipment, including automobiles, trucks (light and heavy), vans, and forklifts
- Diagnose failures of vehicles and disassemble, repair, and reassemble parts as necessary
- Maintain documentation and records such as vehicle records and pre-trip checklists
- Answer service calls
- Be part of the team that maintains one of the largest fleets in North America
While we provide extensive training and continuous education to build onto your current maintenance education and experience, we do have a few minimum requirements:
- Position requires that you have your own basic hand tools. Diagnostic, ergonomic, and high-tech equipment will be provided.
- Position also requires a number of physical movements including lifting, pinching, bending, reaching, climbing, and manipulating and handling objects (with or without an accommodation)
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass Forklift Driving Skills test (if applicable)
- Mechanical knowledge of gas and diesel repair
- Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems
- Knowledge of internal combustible engines
- Knowledge of Preventative Maintenance
Helpful experience:
- Repairing forklifts (e.g., repairing propane fuel / electrical / battery systems, hydraulic systems, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Working with computers (e.g., i-pad, using desktop computers, hand-held computers, laptop computers, performing diagnostics with Noregon / Autometer etc., conducting preventative maintenance using voice application, executing work orders on INFOR, use of Geotab etc.)
- Working with manufacturing standards (e.g., use of Mitchell 1, use of OEM Support tools, knowing current standards, staying up-to-date with the latest technology, having experience working with electronics, etc.)
- Driving trucks requiring a Valid U.S. Class A or B CDL (e.g., road testing trucks, driving trucks in and out of the repair shop, etc.)
- Repairing heavy duty equipment (e.g., working on class 8, 7, 6 and medium duty trucks, brakes, tires, engines, liftgates, thermo king heater and refer units, etc.)
- Repairing light trucks (e.g., EV trucks, gas-diesel trucks, vans, support vehicles, etc.)
