Job Description
- Provides daily work direction to frontline associates
- Uses technical systems for reporting and analytics
- Leads daily performance meetings
- Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective action
- Makes daily decisions impacting the business

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,600 – $75,950.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement and parental leave.
- Vacation: for eligible full-time employees, a minimum of 15 paid vacation days.
- Holidays: for eligible full-time employees, the company provides 10 paid holidays annually.
- Sick Leave: for eligible full- time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non-job-related injury. Sick leave benefit will be accrued during your first year at 1 day for each month worked in that calendar year.
- Bereavement Leave: In the event of a death of an immediate family member, full-time and part-time regular employees are eligible to receive up to three (3) consecutive working days with pay.
- Parental Leave: for eligible employees, the company offers paid parental leave for up to 6 weeks to allow for a time of bonding with their newborn or newly adopted child.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Associates degree or equivalent background preferred
- Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations Preferred
- 3 + years’ experience in Supervising Others Preferred
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others – Take Others With You
- Able to Instruct and Teach Others
- Skills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Capabilities

Merchandiser * EVENINGS
- Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts
- Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf
- Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location
- Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts
- Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition
- Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management

- Merchandising products (e.g., filling shelves, building displays, making products look attractive, rotating products, cleaning shelves, eliminating out of stocks and out of date products, etc.)
- Managing backroom/stock room inventory (e.g., organizing pallets, stacking and storing inventory or products, etc.)
- Serving customers (handling customer complaints, responding to customer requests, or meeting customer needs)

Sanitizer
- Perform various cleaning and organizing duties as assigned
- Maintain all safety standardsFollow food safety standards

- Use cleaning devices and/or chemical agents to sanitize production equipment or environment
- May operate vehicles such as floor scrubber or forklift in execution of duties

- Working with Good Manufacturing Practices (e.g., wearing proper protective equipment, practicing personal hygiene, adhering to safety practices, etc.)
- Preparing documentation (e.g., detailing work or building process flows, etc.)
- Working with industrial chemicals (e.g., using chemicals in a safe way, reading and interpreting labels, selecting and mixing correct chemicals, etc.)
