As an Operations Analyst within Retail Bank Operations, you will be based in Cleveland, OH.
Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis.
The position schedule is for Monday through Friday – 8a EST to 4p EST
As an Operations Analyst for the Manual Processing Team you will be responsible for ensuring all Manual production SLAs are met
This position will require you to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and candidates need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
In this role, candidates will have job duties that include, but are not limited to; account maintenance, processing special calendar request, handling return mail, monitoring and executing email request, manually processing customer statements and other various tasks. The Operations Analyst must demonstrate a willingness and ability to work constructively within a team-based environment and work collaboratively with peers and leadership.
Job Description
- Executes routine and complex transactions/processes utilizing standard procedures. May have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas.
- Processes and/or reconciles routine and complex transactions of varying risk and financial value in accordance with established policies and procedures. Identifies and addresses exceptions and may resolve escalated items. Partners internally with service partners to route calls, documents or other action items to complete transactions. May interact with external customers to complete transactions.
- Ensures the appropriate materials, documentation and capacity are available to complete transactions. Confirms equipment is operational, if applicable.
- Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests for one or multiple specialized products. Provides feedback on workflow and work received. May participate in and serve as a subject matter resource for process improvement projects. May assist in training and onboarding of new hires.
- Reviews transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures. May review reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality and ensure compliance. May participate in risk mitigation activities.

Lockbox Processor – Extraction/Falcon
**The schedule for this on-site position is Sunday – Thursday 9:30 pm – 6:00 am.
** The first 2-3 weeks of training will be Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
Production Job Duties include:
Mailroom Operations
-Stand, walk and move around all day in a fast paced mail room.
-Operate large mail sorting, compacting, FedEx and UPS machines.
-Catalog, shelve and sort high volumes of mail in a timely and accurate manner.
-Prepare large amounts of dated mail for outsourced shredding vendor.
-Receive express mail shipments, open, upload information and prepare contents for the next routing stop on the production floor.
Extraction and Data Entry/Keying
– Opening up each envelope to determine which box is intended for the payment.
– Scanning receivables payments on behalf of PNC’s clients and replacing the transaction with a barcoded document.
– Operating a scanning device (standing or seated) to be placed on a conveyer belt.
– Keying invoice information for the customer.
The ideal candidate will enjoy an entry level position, have the ability to perform repetitive functions, meet deadlines, be detail-oriented and take direction and coaching in stride.
