RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Support
- Provide onsite and remote support for hardware, software, operating systems, and peripheral devices in Windows and macOS environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, monitors, docking stations, and related equipment.
- Support Microsoft 365, email, calendaring, collaboration tools, and other approved business applications.
- Document incidents, service requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the IT service management system.
- Escalate issues to internal teams or external vendors as appropriate.
Executive and Meeting Support
- Provide high-touch technical support to executives, senior leadership, and other designated VIP users.

Device and Asset Management
- Deploy, configure, maintain, replace, and retire end-user devices and related equipment.

- Support asset tagging, stockroom organization, warranty tracking, and disposal processes.

Security, Documentation, and Projects
- Support endpoint management processes, including device enrollment, software deployment, patching, and policy application.
- Assist with technologies such as Omnissa/WS1, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Follow IT security standards and support endpoint compliance, encryption, multifactor authentication, and access controls.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles, user guides, and support documentation.
- Participate in hardware refreshes, software rollouts, office moves, operating system upgrades, and other IT initiatives.
- Provide after-hours or weekend support as needed for projects or business requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in desktop support, endpoint support, or a related IT support role.
- Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments required.
- Experience supporting executive-level users and managing IT assets preferred.
- Proficiency with Windows 11 and macOS support
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Omnissa/WS1 or other MDM Soluion

SALARY & BENEFITS
The compensation for this position ranges from $67,500 -75,000 annually. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience. As a crucial member of our IT team, you will be the gatekeeper of our IT resources and expenses. You will oversee the complete lifecycle of our IT hardware and software, as well as manage the billing operations for all IT infrastructure. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Asset & Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for all IT hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Procurement & Reporting: Handle IT procurement workflows and generate regular, detailed asset management and inventory reports.
- IT Infrastructure Billing: Process, verify, and manage all invoices and payment requests related to IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to all SKIMS retail store locations via phone, Slack, ticketing system, or email

The IT Support Associate is responsible for delivering high-quality onsite and remote technical support to employees across Crescent Energy’s corporate and field locations. This role provides front-line and intermediate end user support for devices, productivity tools, business applications, and workplace technology, helping ensure employees can work effectively and securely in office and field environments.
The IT Support Associate is expected to resolve a broad range of technical issues spanning traditional Level 1 and Level 2 support responsibilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
End User Support & Service Delivery
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for employees across corporate offices and field locations.
- Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests involving laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, printers, mobile devices, peripherals, and other workplace technology.
- Support end users with Microsoft technologies, including Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common software, hardware, connectivity, and access-related issues in accordance with established support procedures.

Device Deployment & Lifecycle Support
- Prepare, configure, deploy, replace, and recover end user devices and related hardware in accordance with IT standards.
- Perform workstation setups, monitor installations, office moves, peripheral replacements, and related support tasks for assigned locations.
- Assist with basic asset inventory activities, equipment handling, and device lifecycle processes.
- Accurately document incidents, service requests, resolutions, and device assignments in approved ticketing and asset management systems.
Operational Support & Team Collaboration
- Follow established support processes, knowledge documentation, and security standards to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Escalate unresolved or higher-complexity issues in a timely manner while maintaining ownership through resolution.
- Partner with Desktop Engineering and other IT teams to support issue resolution and improve the overall end user experience.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements, support documentation, and service consistency across locations.
- Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation to support urgent business needs outside normal working hours.
- Create and maintain knowledge articles, support documentation, and standard operating procedures to improve team effectiveness and user experience.
Education

Experience
