MTO Business Operations Specialist

Job Description

Upon minimal direction, the MTO Business Operations Specialist responsibilities will be:

 

Financial documentation – IK Office ERP and SAP finance documentation tasks:

 

  • Settlement and activation of capital projects in SAP
  • Create and maintain master data in SAP – labor rates for cost centers and work centers
  • Settle IK Office ERP charges to SAP
  • Work with international partners to charge plant purchase orders internally in P&G
  • Follow documented processes to store data for internal audits
  • Backup counterpart in toolroom located in Germany

 

Raw Material and Supplies Purchasing:

 

  • Create Purchase Orders and enter goods receipts for items that will be logged into Vendor Managed Inventory Systems.
  • Be a backup to load these systems with product if vendor is unable to do so.
  • Work with shop personnel and vendors to address supply chain outages, obsolescence, and schedule technical presentations for new tooling.
  • Create Purchase Orders for yearly contracts and one time purchases, deliver goods, enter goods receipts, and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Pay external suppliers via Procured Payments (Credit) card, allocate funds to correct cost centers
  • Maintain break room supplies orders (coffee, tea, dairy, etc)
  • Place welding supplies orders
  • Emergency one-time orders via credit card

 

Equipment Maintenance, Repair, Calibration, Spare Part Purchasing:

 

  • Create Purchase Orders for Maintenance, Repair and Calibration Services, and for spare parts on a timely manner.
  • Follow up with vendors on any necessary documentation to complete order.
  • Confirm order completion to trigger vendor payment.

 

General tasks:

 

  • Book and plan social events, order catering
  • Organize and manage shop databases for shop assets, laptops, lockers, and uniforms
  • Enter facilities and housekeeping requests on a regular schedule for cleaning, repairs, emergencies.

 

Job Qualifications

Candidate must have/be able to:

 

  • Exceptional ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interface with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem solving and analysis. Proven administrative technical skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Office 365, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Exceptional ability to learn new technology and train others when appropriate.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education. However, a two or four-year college degree or equivalent administrative experience is preferred
  • Administrative experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High degree of knowledge and autonomy to own follow ups and handle many tasks proactively and independently
  • SAP experience preferred
  • IK Office or equivalent precision machining ERP software experience preferred
  • Coupa or similar spend management platform experience preferred
  • Wear safety shoes, hearing protection, and eye protection as needed while delivering materials to the machine shop floor.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

 

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits as follows:

 

  • Starting range based on relevant experience:  $30-$40 per hour.

Patent Counsel

P&G is seeking a talented individual with less than 2 years of experience as a patent attorney to join our Legal organization at the Company Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio or the Grooming Headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts. The selected individual will be a strategic partner to the business in the creation and protection of global intellectual property assets for P&G’s brands, and have the opportunity to develop as a patent attorney within a strong in-house patent organization. Key aspects of the role include IP strategy development, preparation and prosecution of patent applications globally, freedom-to-practice assessments, patent enforcement and due diligence.

  • Demonstrated interest in patent law with 0-2 years of experience with a law firm, in-house, government or other legal department in drafting patent applications and responding to patent office actions in the US as well as foreign jurisdictions.
  • Undergraduate degree in a scientific or engineering discipline
  • Registered to practice, or eligible to take the patent bar to become registered to practice, before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Consumer Experience Advisor (CXA)

SK-II is seeking to hire a Consumer Experience Advisor to support questions, inquiries, critical issues, and team capability building on consumer products and orders in their Newton, MA office. This position will report into the office on a hybrid basis Tuesday-Thursday.

The Advisor will handle end-to-end execution of business processes for SK-II and will be responsible for process communication, deployment, and continual improvements for resolving consumer inquiries. They will provide direction and mentor to employees/leaders, as well as ensuring service level agreements are met with completed outcome summary.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers primarily through phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.
  • Consumer Loyalty: Engaging customers through community management of social platforms (including Ratings and Reviews).

We are seeking a talent Social Media Manager to join our First Aid Beauty media team! As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of social media calendars, handle online communities, and track the success of all social media accounts + campaigns. You’ll work closely with creative, marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency, support product launches, and foster a strong connection with the consumer across various social platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

You will develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) to build brand visibility and drive engagement. Being in tune with trends, competitor activity, and industry news is important to ensure our content is relevant and innovative.

Be prepared to partner with production + creative teams to curate content for the monthly calendar. You’ll also handle the daily social media calendar, posting schedule, and content creation process to maintain a consistent online presence.

 

You’ll also engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and friendly manner. This is an important piece to helping our customers with inquiries and feedback, ensuring positive customer experiences.

You’ll be also responsible for writing compelling and on-brand caption copy for social media posts that resonate with the target audience, drive engagement, and communicate the brand’s voice clearly and consistently. Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Shown experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry.
  • Experience using Dash Social is strongly preferred.
  • Experience planning + executing brand social media calendars across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.).
  • Proven success in growing and handling social media communities across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.).
  • Reporting and analysis on campaign strategy.
  • Strong community engagement skills and ability to form relationships.
