Compensation
- $21.50/hour
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment to 8% – 16% (depending on position) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
- An additional 10% when you work evening or weekend hours

Print Production Mail Specialist – 3rd shift
As a print production associate or mid-level specialist in the Creative Business Organization (CBO), you’ll be responsible for performing tasks that support the printing, mail processing, and finishing services used to produce transactional and non-transactional company mailings. You’ll assist in the set-up of jobs on the equipment (e.g., printers, inserters, finishing) by preparing and/or transporting needed materials used in the processing of work assignments.
