A day in the life

 

As a Commercial Property Manager, (also known as Real Estate and Customer Experience Manager), you would be part of a Customer Experience Team (CET) that strives to provide best-in-class service to customers in our 2 million square feet of industrial buildings in the Baltimore Central portion of our Baltimore/DC Market. Our customer base is diverse and we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with the biggest names in e-commerce logistics and warehouse operations.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including customer relations, maintenance, rent collection, and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers within your portfolio, ensuring their operational needs are met with excellence. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships by understanding their businesses and proactively addressing their evolving requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey by leveraging technology, streamlining processes, and implementing feedback-driven improvements to create value for customers, their businesses, and Prologis.
  • Develop and implement effective property management strategies and plans to optimize property performance, value, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance of all policies and procedures.
  • Conduct routine site inspections to ensure that the physical aspects of the properties meet established standards regarding the grounds, curb appeal, risk management/safety requirements (OSHA), cleanliness, and general appearance, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
  • Drives and motivates team of 2 employees (maintenance technician, administrative personnel), to engage in innovative ideas, initiatives, and pilots.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including leasing, construction, accounting, legal, Prologis Essentials, and development, to deliver seamless service. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation within the team to ensure a superior customer experience.
  • Assimilate and analyze information pertaining to market and economic conditions.
  • Ability to utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions with customers and customer visits.
  • Support sustainability initiatives, including renewable energy projects, efficiency improvements, and environmentally friendly practices, ensuring properties meet expectations.

 

Building blocks for success

  • 5+ years of industrial/commercial real estate or equivalent experience preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license is required with the ability to travel to multiple properties.
  • Must have a current Real Estate sales license in the State of Maryland or be able to obtain a license within six months of commencing employment. Please note that the company will cover relevant, associated costs and will consider the reasonable time spent acquiring the license as part of work hours.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering proactive and responsive customer service, with a focus on meeting the diverse needs of all customers.
  • Able to adapt to change and willingness to take on new company initiatives with the most positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders.
  • Experience with property transitions, portfolio acquisitions or company mergers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to process data and complete recurring variance reports.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers, vendors, and team members, including verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when required, with respect for individual needs and work-life balance.
  • Experience with budgeting cycles and CAM reconciliation processes using analytical skills preferred.

 

Hiring Salary Range of: $89,000 – $122,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Brand Designer

As a Brand Designer with a focus on presentation and experience design, you’ll serve as the enterprise expert in developing visually compelling, high-impact presentations, digital publications, reports, and other key materials for Prologis. Collaborating closely with creative and leadership teams, you’ll craft engaging content—from ESG and proxy reports to pitch decks, interactive brochures, and sales tools—that connects with clarity and purpose.

 

In this role, you’ll also help shape the next generation of our brand’s digital expression. By applying UX/UI best practices and information architecture principles, you’ll design intuitive, beautifully structured assets that elevate how our content is experienced. Whether refining a polished keynote or prototyping a web-based report, you’ll ensure every deliverable is audience-focused, on-brand, and thoughtfully crafted.

 

Your design expertise will directly support strategic communication efforts—helping us engage stakeholders through design that informs, inspires, and persuades.

 

  • Design world-class presentations with a focus on message precision, visual clarity, and narrative strength across print, digital, and interactive formats.
  • Bring design polish and storytelling expertise to PowerPoint decks, leadership communications, ESG reports, proxy reports, and customer-facing materials.
  • Design intuitive information architecture and user experiences for interactive content using tools like Figma, Adobe InDesign, and Foleon.
  • Contribute to and maintain the Prologis brand design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across internal and external communications.

Real Esate Paralegal

As a Paralegal, you will provide support to the real estate group within the legal department, with specific emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development (including data center conversions) deals.   • Support all aspects and stages of real estate transactions, with an emphasis on title and survey review, due diligence review, document preparation, closing logistics/mechanics coordination and post-closing integration and administration, working mostly independently.  Must have a deep understanding of title and survey matters and be able to propose creative solutions for resolving potential problems arising from title matters.  Must be comfortable presenting title issues to business team and explaining significance.
  • Lead in the preparation, review, editing and negotiation of legal documentation with supervision by in-house attorneys (including, first drafts of purchase and sale agreements, amendments to purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, access and license agreements, easement documents, declarations, CC&Rs, confidentiality agreements, track use agreements, brokerage and listing agreements, letters of credit, and SNDAs).
  • Contact and negotiate with third parties (including title companies, surveyors, railroad companies, and regulatory bodies) as needed.
  • Abstract and summarize material terms of contracts (including declarations, covenants, leases, and other property-related documents).
  • Develop professional relationships with resources both within and outside the Company, as vital to fulfill job assignments, as well as facilitate information gathering and research goals.

 

  •  10+ years of real estate and related experience, including a background in real estate transactions, leasing and development, with a law firm or in-house legal department.
  • Must have strong PC skills with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, DocuSign, and Outlook) as well as ability to learn and use proprietary computer systems and databases.
  • Experience supporting and closing transactions such as acquisitions, dispositions, ground leases, financings and developments and working independently.
  • Dedication to professionalism, integrity and collegiality, and the ability to work on a wide range of legal matters.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills required.

Operations Construction Coordinator

In this role, you’ll provide project coordination support to a team of 2 Operations Construction Managers (OCMs) and office support in our Indianapolis, Columbus, and Cincinnati market. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, where they’ll balance multiple priorities and respond to internal and external customer needs. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your project coordination skills to support a dynamic team in a fast-growing industrial market, supporting some of the biggest names in logistics & e-commerce.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Draft and edit all relevant project information, process for party signatures, and enter all contracts, addendums, and change orders for make-ready’s, tenant improvements and major capital construction projects into PeopleSoft and the Project Tracker.
  • Review and enter invoices into PeopleSoft.
  • Review and maintain contractor insurance files and solicit updates as required before payment.
  • Ensure costs are coded correctly and are in-line with the corresponding contract – including communicating with the contractor, subcontractor, vendors and/or consultants to understand appropriate costing and coordinating with the OCM team.
  • Maintain the project filing directory on Box and DRS, ensuring contracts, invoices, drawings, and all other required documents are being uploaded and maintained.
  • Act as primary point of contact for projects on accounting processes and procedures.  Educate contractors on Prologis accounting process requirements.
  • Prepare monthly expense reports and assist with travel arrangements and other administrative support requests for the Indianapolis, Columbus, and Cincinnati team.
  • Coordinate customer notifications with Real Estate & Customer Experience Teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Knowledge of construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts.
