System Analyst, Staff
Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

Five to seven years of experience in the following areas are required:
- International trade, export compliance or related experience, and a working knowledge of the US export regulations including regulatory interpretation of the regulations enabling them to make a product, software or technology classification, licensing and applying license exceptions, with emphasis on Bureau of Industry and Security’s (BIS) Export Administration Regulations (EAR) with some knowledge of the International Traffic in Arms (ITAR) and Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC) and other appropriate U.S. export regulations.
- Applicants must have familiarity with required Customer screening documents (EUS, EPCI, HDRP), export documents including the air waybill, commercial invoice, Packing List, Certificates of Origin, among others. Electronic Export Information (EEI) filings, past participation in shipping/document or related business audits.
- Experience using E2OPEN Trade Automation, Livingstone Int’l., or other automated trade compliance systems.
- Experience with ERP and shipping systems (Oracle, and SAP preferred), Sales Force CRM, reports (Tableau, Oracle, and QlikView preferred), databases (Oracle preferred), data centers, cloud, and middleware (Tibco preferred).
- Experience with SQL query, MS office applications (power user preferred for Teams, Excel and SharePoint), ServiceNow and engineering design and support tools for internal intangible exports or re-exports.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with lead Business System Analyst to support export and business cross-functional systems.
- Responsible for functional system administration, maintenance coordination, and user functional support.
- Responsible for writing, creating, and extracting report requirements/specs, training material, presentations, and desktop procedures to meet export compliance requirements.
- Gather internal and external systems requirements to ensure the implementation of export compliance procedures (requirements) for new system, system changes and upgrade development, and implementations.

GPU systems- High-Level Modelling (HLM)
Architects, designs, implements, verifies, and optimizes performance and power of GPU cores. Responsible for building functional modeling simulations, developing software, tools, and tests for various graphics, running benchmarks for different applications, and performing pre- and post-silicon verification to verify correctness and ensure performance and power goals are met.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Director, Product Management
Qualcomm’s Cloud AI Business Unit is seeking a Product Manager for the exciting role of driving and managing the strategic Cloud Hardware Platforms roadmap to support the Qualcomm Cloud AI Accelerator roadmap. In this customer-focused role, you will be working with the world’s leading Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), drawing insights and requirements from a deep understanding of the cloud hardware infrastructure landscape in these customer’s datacenters, and driving the Cloud AI server, rack, systems and platforms definitions and roadmap, across accelerated-compute, scale-up and scale-out networking and storage requirements.
You will be working directly with the OEM and ODM partners, and BU system engineering leadership to deliver a best-in-class portfolio of servers, racks and platforms integrated with Qualcomm Cloud AI accelerators, to CSP customers. You will manage the strategic OEM and ODM customer engagements and programs from initial development through post-launch to bring the portfolio of next-generation Qualcomm OEM and ODM Cloud AI Platforms to market.
Minimum Qualifications:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drive executive decision making for new investments in Cloud AI Hardware Platforms, including competitive analysis, program goals and business requirements, architectural concepts, risk management strategies, financial analysis, schedule and hardware strategy
- Report overall execution status internally as well as externally and make critical communication to customers on schedule changes, unforeseen bugs, etc. and align on the right next steps
- Craft and deploy standardized lightweight processes to bring execution focus and efficiency
- Manage and handle escalations with a sense of urgency and proactive problem solving
- Facilitate closure of complex issues and action items requiring multi-party alignment of Qualcomm teams, customers, and their partners
- Drive alignment of customer product roadmaps with Cloud Edge BU product roadmaps

- Build strong relationships with the program management and engineering counterparts on the customer side

- Significant experience in a customer-facing role and experience with CSPs or enterprise datacenter customers is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of AI and Deep Learning use-cases and models.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud and datacenter AI hardware requirements and design, including scale-up and scale-out networking.
