Key Responsibilities
Break down end-to-end consulting workflows (problem structuring → analysis → synthesis) into task specifications and evaluation rubrics.

Create high-quality reference examples (issue trees, analyses, slides) that reflect real consulting standards.
Identify gaps, errors, and weak assumptions in AI outputs; document failure modes and improvement guidelines.
Collaborate asynchronously with researchers and other contractors using shared documents and clear written feedback.
Ideal Qualifications
2+ years of consulting experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or well-regarded boutique.
Strong familiarity with core consulting workflows, including problem definition, hypothesis-driven analysis, and executive-level synthesis.

Mercor is seeking fellowship-trained cardiologists for a project with one of the world’s top AI labs.
We welcome applications from cardiologists across all subspecialties, with particular demand for fellowship-trained Electrophysiology and Clinical Cardiology experts. This role focuses on evaluating the ability of large language models to interpret advanced, real-world ECG/EKG cases.
You’re a good fit if you:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency
Completion of a cardiology fellowship (any subspecialty)
Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
2+ years of post-training clinical experience
Currently based in the United States
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Fellowship training in Electrophysiology
Primary clinical practice with significant ECG interpretation volume

Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders and track order status for outsourced prototype work and materials
- Receive and inspect vendor deliveries against technical specifications and quality standards
- Use basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) to verify dimensions and tolerances
- Update vendor tracking systems and databases with delivery status and quality data
- Coordinate shipping logistics for outsourced work (material delivery to vendors, prototype returns)
- File vendor documentation, contracts, and quality records
- Follow up on routine vendor communications as directed by Specialists
