Minimum Qualifications:

- 8+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years managing a team of engineers with varied skill levels, including backend, frontend and mobile engineers.
- Strong background in software engineering, preferably in backend systems and/or platforms.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Go, Python) and experience with distributed systems.
- Proven ability to brainstorm and implement experimental ideas to drive growth.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in engineering management or technical leadership roles, preferably in high-growth tech companies.

We’re looking for a Mid-Market Enablement Business Partner (EBP) to act as the bridge between global enablement strategy and the unique needs of our Mid-Market (MM) sellers. You’ll design, adapt, and deliver enablement programs that accelerate pipeline growth, increase average deal size, and help sellers build long-term careers at Reddit.
