Key Responsibilities:
- Define a vision for Reddit Profiles as a centerpiece for self-expression, community interaction, and reputation-building.
- Develop tools and features that allow users to customize their profiles with visual flair (themes, badges, highlights, achievements) while maintaining alignment with Reddit’s brand ethos.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Product Management experience and experience leading 0-1 products
- Proven experience building product vision, goal setting, strategy and execution
- Experience shipping B2C/Consumer products that have had meaningful impact (metric and user experience)
- Demonstrated experience leading teams, defining team goals and success metrics
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive into the minutia.

The Finance Operations Project Lead will act as a critical partner to the CFO and Finance leadership team, including the Chief Accounting Officer, VP of Finance, and Head of Investor Relations. This role will be executing day-to-day tasks, managing team initiatives, and ensuring the Finance team’s priorities are executed seamlessly. The role will also require interfacing with leaders and teams across the entire organization to deliver on key projects that impact company-wide goals.
Responsibilities:
- Executive Administrative Support & Operations:
- Partner closely with the CFO and Finance VP’s to manage day-to-day priorities, including tactical and strategic calendar oversight, travel logistics, expense reports, preparation of materials for critical meetings, and internal communications

Experience:

We’re looking for an experienced seller to join the Pharma vertical of our Large Customer Sales team. As a Senior Client Partner, you will be responsible for forming relationships with key brands and agencies while ensuring they meet their business objectives using Reddit’s advertising suite.
This role is required to be based out of New York, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners, both with agencies and directly with clients to drive year-over-year revenue growth
- Proactively construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients
- Establish mutually beneficial relationships with new clients, educating them on Reddit and the Reddit ads platform
- Leverage agency and client direct relationships to identify new buyers of Reddit advertising products

As a Legal Program Manager, you will manage the team’s privacy and global regulatory programs, projects and initiatives. You will build and collaborate across multiple functions, establishing relationships and driving decisions on critical issues to move our programs forward. This position will report to the head of Privacy & Global Regulatory Affairs.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead planning, management, and implementation of Privacy Legal projects aligned with the Legal department’s goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, make recommendations, and lead projects to implement.
- Ensure projects and regulatory responses meet milestones (on time, on budget, and in scope) through effective resource, issue, and risk management.
- Maintain internal and external privacy and legal related policies and documentation and organize regular reviews and refreshes.
