Job Accountabilities
• Maintain smooth plant operation with adherence to SOP’S and SOC’s
• Check process parameters as per schedule and monitor chemicals and utility consumption
• Monitor trends of critical parameters to identity impending abnormalities and notify shift in-charge (shift superintendent) for corrective actions
• Coordinate system shutdown and start up through panel operation and communication to field
• Follow guidelines received from shift superintendent (shift in-charge) through Shift Team Meetings / OMPRO instructions for enhancement of plant operations
• Continuously monitor the panel for any significant changes in operating parameters, alarms etc. and take corrective action whenever deviation is observed

Tenant Acqusition Manager – Convenience
Reporting to the Offer & Business Development Manager, responsible for supporting them in the identification, analysis, and execution of plaza and Way Side Amenities business development opportunities.
Execute strategic planning with insights & analytics for Key Occupier clients. Contribute to business development assignments, helping to target new clients and grow fee revenue.
Perform outreach to program managers/internal stake holders to diagnose challenges & problem areas, then drive & facilitate the delivery and presentation of insights & analytics related to those challenges.
Includes the negotiation and deal close out of tenants to fill the Truckstop and Travel Centre site formats,
fulfilling the tenancy pipeline to meet agreed targets and financial frameworks, report on and improve performance, working closely with the Regions will provide all services necessary to grow and protect revenue lease income.
Identification of new and innovative business opportunities and developing offers to grow our plaza and Way Side Amenities.
Facilitate opening of new plazas & Way Side Amenities, franchise billing through POS integration & their dues collection.
Role directly supports the CO sale channel but will also be involved in providing direction to the DO channel as well.
Key Results/ Accountabilities expected from role:
- Assess plaza and WSA business development opportunities and prepare ATN, EFM, AAF and DCF’s to support RBML approvals process.
- Identify new and innovative business opportunities and develop offers to grow our plaza and WSA, including ways to fund expansion
- Lead the way for monetizing of awarded WSA sites by partnering with Corporates & food aggregators in both food & non-food domain.
- Responsible for executing a large volume & variety of real-estate leasing transactions
- Fulfil pipeline of prospective tenants to maximize lease returns at Truck & Travel Centre RO’s
- Support Highway Tender processes via providing non-fuel income input and analysis.
- Translate the strategy into actionable and concrete trading plans, contributing to feasibility assessment, resourcing, planning, and budget management
- Analyse existing and emerging market trends, past performance across multiple categories and locations and customer insights to suggest propositions & formats.
- Develop commercial frameworks and deal architecture to maximize the likelihood of successful prosecution of the offer delivery
- Respond to internal lease queries under RBML ownership, obligations under leases, tenure
- Monitor critical dates and provide support to ensure options are exercised with appropriate input from the Business, Strategy and Property teams
- Monitor performance, key metrics, and reconcile outgoings, royalties, turnover rents, franchise billings and their dues collection
- Monitor and escalate arrears
- Conduct audits to ensure full monies owed are being received by RBML
- Support the management of rent reviews, lease options and lease negotiations
- Assist in lease exit process with Equipment Sales Agreements, quotes for make good works, liaise with Maintenance/Projects to carry out works.

- Support Offer & Business Development Manager in Plaza convenience budget planning and submission process and manage yearly Plaza budget
