Assistant Store Manager

As Assistant Store Manager at our Acne Studios West Hollywood ASM store, you will work collaboratively with your team, and provide guidance and support to nurture loyal and engaging customer relationships in which your leadership skills take center stage.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your main contribution will be to collaborate with the Store Manager in all aspects of leading the store. To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, management, and clienteling, according to our cutting-edge approach to client experience. You will play a vital role in ensuring excellent service and sales results by:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a luxurious and cutting-edge atmosphere
  • Monitoring and analysing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement to drive store performance
  • Managing inventory levels, conducting stock checks
  • Supporting with analysing KPIs and act proactively to implement sales strategies
  • Supporting with recruiting, training, and leading the team to optimise performance

Your main contribution will be to care for our customers in the store but also through the whole customer cycle. To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and clienteling, according to our cutting-edge approach to client experience. You take care of our valued customers at the store and will play a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience by:

  • Managing and executing omni channel services

Womenswear Design Intern

• Participating in the development of the collection from concept to production.

• Assisting the design team with tasks such as creative research, creation of mockups, preparations of photoshops etc.

• Valid EU passport or working visa for France for the full duration of the internship

• Internship agreement from your school

• BA or MA degree in Fashion Design

• Available for a period of 6 months

• Fluency in English language is an essential requirement

• Adobe suite skills are a must, with the ability to use Photoshop to a high standard

• Very thorough knowledge of fashion history, archetypes

• A team player with very good communication skills
