Responsibilities:
- Understanding clients’ needs and expectations, their business and industry, accounting and control systems, employees, company values and industry-related GAAP and GAAS issues
- Developing an understanding of the RSM audit approach and tools
- Assessing risks and evaluating the client’s internal control structure
- Performing substantive tests and tests of internal controls to identify and resolve accounting or reporting issues
- Drafting financial statements under prescribed formats
Required Qualifications:
- 90 credit hours completed
- Working towards B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from accredited university
- Accounting Major
- Travel to assigned client locations is required.
- Must have access to and ability to arrange for use of reliable modes of transportation to those locations
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum 3.0 GPA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work effectively on a team
- Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. RSM’s Outsourced Solutions and Managed Services team provides a strategic bridge between business development, practice leadership, customers, and internal operations. This newly created team offers the opportunity to work in a startup type environment and help build the offering from the beginning and help shape the future of the Managed Services Practice. We are currently seeking an Outsourced Solutions and Managed Services Director, Qualtrics Developer.
As a Qualtrics Developer within the client experience team, this individual will build and maintain our client experience technical platform for outsourced solutions. This individual will be responsible for survey creation within the Qualtrics platform, distribution, optimization and orchestration in order to help gain an understanding of our clients while also driving continuous service improvement. This resource will closely with our process analyst to review and document current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design process improvements that align with our managed services strategic goals. You will also partner with product management leaders from individual service lines across the company to identify, design, and lead change initiatives. Your efforts will directly contribute to delivering a superior client experience and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable client surveys across the client lifecycle
- Implement new features and optimize existing ones to provide a seamless client experience
- Automate client lifecycle touchpoints and appropriate workflows with tooling including but not limited to ServiceNow, PowerBI, and Qualtrics
- Develop and maintain dashboards for visualization of qualitative and quantitative survey data
- Attend frequent meetings to collaborate with your peers, prioritize features and workflows, and consistently deliver value
- Orchestrate, manage, and successfully deliver large scale cross-functional initiatives
- Work directly with cross-function stakeholders and users of the tools and dashboard
- Conduct and improve client surveys across the client lifecycle for outsourced solutions
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related experience
- Interest in the fields of market research, data analytics, and consumer behavior
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in data analysis, client experience, or similar background
- Experience with surveying script platform Qualtrics
- Work with MS Office Programs

RSM’s Management Consulting TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom) Advisory Group provides strategy and advisory assistance to improve the overall operational effectiveness of TMT organizations and we are looking for a Senior Associate to join our team. Key service offerings include:

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with concentration in Business and/or Corporate Finance
- Technology, Media, Telecom industry experience either with a consulting firm or direct within industry in an operational role
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a large organization, professional services firm or CPA firm
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Executive presence and an understanding of stakeholder / client relationship management
- Ability to travel > 30 % locally and internationally
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven skills as a team member, team lead or project manager on at least one full life cycle implementation
- Experience in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
- Experience in the development of teams and staff
- Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries
- History of collaborating with clients and other professional services areas
- Industry or profession focused certification (i.e. Six Sigma / CPA, PMP)
Federal Tax Services Associate – (Fall 2025/Winter 2026)
Responsibilities:
- Preparing complex tax returns
- Preparing calculations of ASC740 tax provisions
- Interact with clients
- Performing, documenting, and summarizing research and conclusions regarding specific tax issues
- Remain up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law
- Other duties as assigned
- Some travel may be required
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university
- Accounting major
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working toward the successful completion of the CPA exam—tax associates have the opportunity to obtain the audit hours required for full certification
