Roles and Responsibilities:
β To ensure 100% right valuation – capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction, avoid/
prevent spurious/unacceptable ornaments.
β Adhering to high ethical standards and complying with all the laid down processes / policies of
Rupeek – KYC adherence. Verify customers KYC & complete online registration.
β Coordinate with the Manager and stakeholder for loan approval.
β Ensure to bring in New Customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers for
generating renewal & referral business.
β Resolving all customer doubts and questions while processing the loan.
β Participate in business development activities to improve the brand visibility of Rupeek Gold
Loan in the catchment areas and to generate leads of prospective customers.
Persona
β 0-12 months of working experience in any field
β Applicant Should have completed Graduation
β Up to 27 years of age
β Excellent communication skills in the local language and elementary english
β 2 wheeler and Driving License is mandatory
Rupeek – Manager – Sales (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
– Deliver weekly and monthly sales targets by meeting and converting assigned leads
– Meet and Pitch Rupeek’s offerings to potential customers
– Build trust by handling customer objections
– Flawless execution of SOP while on the field
– Build long term relationship with Gold Powered Credit card customers to ensure business and referrals
– Coordinate with Central team to resolve issues in on-going transactions
– Share local insights from the field to the central team
Skills required
– Demonstrates strong rigor and ability to sell a difficult product in a B2C set up with a target driven mindset Other skills
