Job Description
We are currently seeking a Stock Associate our dynamic team to support the back of house operations.
ROLE
The Stock Associate will contribute to the boutique by maintaining the back-of-house operations and supporting the Sales & Management team on the salesfloor. This position will report to the Store Director and work closely with internal Operations partners.
MISSION
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards.
- Responsible for shipping & receiving of product deliveries on a weekly basis.
- Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Director & Operations partners in a timely matter to avoid errors in inventory levels.
- Process internal product transfers and client orders on a timely matter to meet client expectations.
- Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts of product categories
- Prepare stockroom & salesfloor for annual inventory
- Liaise with Operations team to resolve product inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments
- Ensure the stockroom and salesfloor are maintain to company Visual Standards
- Support sales team as needed on the salesfloor for coverage and assistance with sales as needed
- Manage all supply orders needed for the boutique from internal & external vendors
- Other duties as assigned by management
PROFILE
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, luxury or contemporary preferred
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Experience with shipping programs, inventory management and inventory audits
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Must have a pro-active and team centric attitude
- Must be able to work with independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $18/hr. – $20/hr.
SAINT LAURENT Senior Buyer
You will be an ambassador and business owner of the Women’s Leather Goods world inspiring our teams and clients. You will develop and execute strategic business-driving initiatives across all Leather Goods depts. This includes curating, market-specific assortments, evaluating sales results, and identifying risks and opportunities. You will also maintain in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape and target customer profiles through strong partnerships with store leaders and competitive analyses. You will also cultivate strong partnerships with our partners in Paris.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspire passion for our Leather Goods internally and externally
- Liaison between our region and global partners in Paris
- Develop and execute seasonal buys for Leather Goods
- Present seasonal buys/ strategies to Paris and Senior Leaders
- Oversee the product life cycle
- Analyze sales and define action plans in order to further grow the category
- Ensure stock optimization
- Manage core replenishment stock and sales
- Closely monitor business by store, SKU and implement initiatives to maximize local business opportunities
- Compose weekly, seasonal and ad hoc business recaps
- Partner with global team on product feedback, strategic pricing and general market needs
- Host in-store trainings

SAINT LAURENT Midwest Facilities Supervisor
Under the direction of the Senior Facilities Manager, you will be an in house expert of all store concepts, design and equipment to anticipate and create a repair and maintenance strategy. You will also enforce established facility guidelines and procedures in accordance with Group policies and law requirements as well as conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance.
MISSION
- Partner with Facilities Manager to audit the Midwest stores to assess their condition and create a facility management strategy (repair and maintenance services on prevention and recurring services)
- Support Facilities Manager in sourcing, quoting and hiring best in class outside contractors and service technicians by leveraging on brands needs and experience.
- Partner with Indirect Purchasing to launch tenders to better monitor spend and achieve savings
- Effectively manage all landlord tenant coordinator and contractor relationships to successfully resolve any disputes or conflicts that may arise.
- All Midwest DOS and SIS stores including LATAM and Canada.
PROFILE
- Minimum of 5-year experience in Facilities operations in Luxury retail industry, including building infrastructure.
- Knowledge of standard quality means and materials in construction and millwork
- Must have a good budgeting and general math skills
- College/Master degree with technical studies background
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point

BALENCIAGA Associate Store Manager | Ingolstadt
Assistant Store Manager leads store sales team in order to meet and exceed all sales and KPIs goals, in compliance with all processes and guidelines. They are responsible for promoting brand engagement to clients to guarantee the quantitative and qualitative goals assigned to bring the store to its full potential. They actas a representative of the Store Manager and thus fulfils all the tasks given by HQ/HO and Store Manager.
