Legal Sourcing & Analytics Manager
The Legal Sourcing team within Legal is critical to delivering success in transforming operational performance and optimising the use of our finite resources with a focus on value and cost. The Legal Sourcing & Analytics Manager role is a key one for purposes of enabling the team to deliver results through innovation and efficient processes and support. The Legal Sourcing team is a multi-disciplinary team made up of specialists with expertise ranging from matter pricing to data analytics to finance operations. This is an ideal role for a candidate with experience and background in legal operations management, combined with deep knowledge and expertise in the field of legal services pricing and the negotiation of fee structures and arrangements. The ideal candidate will bring to the role a depth of experience working within a law firm setting, directing law firm pricing strategy and leading negotiations for the law firm in pricing fee arrangements with clients. The successful candidate will have a background of managing teams, performing as an effective leader, while simultaneously adding value as an individual contributor on high value projects.
What you’ll be doing
In this role we will be looking to the successful candidate to:
- Lead a diverse group of legal professionals delivering legal operations support across the organization
- Not only lead, but actively contribute to the work of the Sourcing & Analytics team, working with lawyers around the world in developing RFP materials, assessing proposals from law firms, developing alternative fee arrangements, and managing same through the life of a matter
- Innovate by proactively evolving and improving on the pricing processes and systems that are in place today, to extend our position as a leader in the industry
- Actively look at the services provided and assess where they can be improved, expanded, evolved or removed in order to deliver ever more efficient, cost-effective and innovative support
- Develop metrics and systems to track and report on key aspects of legal operations delivery, and legal department delivery more generally
What you bring
The successful candidate will work closely with and be accountable for delivery of results to the Head of Legal Operations.
An energetic self-starter, you will have:
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
- At least 5+ years of experience in leading a pricing team in a large law firm
- Experience with developing and tracking KPIs for legal teams
- Experience in procurement and RFP development, and assessment
- Strong team leadership skillset with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Organizational abilities, with project, program and portfolio leadership skills, capable of setting and delivering on both short term deliverables, and longer term goals
- Flexible nature and willingness to adapt and take on additional duties as the role evolves

What we offer
The base salary range for this position is $210,000 – $314,000 per year. Individual pay will be based on various factors, such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skill level, seniority, and internal equity.
For regular full-time or regular part-time employees of the Company (participating companies as listed in the Summary Plan Description), insurance coverage options include medical, dental, vision coverage, life Insurance, Business Travel Accident Insurance, and Occupational Accidental Death Benefit programs. Employees also participate in a company pension plan and a 401(k) plan. Paid leave includes up to 6 weeks of paid vacation time, up to 11 paid holidays, and parental leave offering 16 weeks of paid leave for birthing parents, and 8 weeks of paid leave for non-birthing parents.
Additionally, employees are eligible for short-term disability leave for up to 26 weeks at 100% or 50% of base pay as well as Long-Term Disability insurance. What is the Role?

As the Loyalty & CRM Strategy Manager, this role will be responsible for setting the strategies to support Global Loyalty Brand and CRM to exponentially grow Shell’s total marketable universe, inclusive of Total Active Contactable (TAC) audience, and deliver value across Shell Retail, encompassing fuel, electric vehicles (EV) and non-fuel retail segments (NFR). As the Loyalty & CRM Strategy Manager, the candidate will be:
- Accountable for Global Loyalty Brand, including winning Membership (Rewards strategy), and CRM Strategy, ensuring end-to-end optimization across the customer purchase funnel.
- Design future ready loyalty strategy and builds the roadmap to implement the next generation of loyalty, integrating with CRM and anchored on customer insights.
- Ensure Loyalty & CRM strategies are integrated with Fuels, EV, NFR and Payments to ensure profit maximization across these key areas.
- Supporting Global Head of Loyalty & CRM with annual marketing planning and target setting.
- Global lead, partner and focal for:
- US/CA/MX markets identifying key levers to maximize commercial value from the loyalty CVPs and leveraging global best practices, know-how and support
- License Markets – provides guidance to implement loyalty brand, CVPs, and processes.

- Leads Loyalty/CRM community and capability building, inclusive of regular community webcasts and Loyalty/CRM Academy program.

- Manages complex external relationships (including agency partners, wholesalers, dealers, consultants) and internal stakeholders across the organization, including SVP/RVPs of Marketing, GMs (Global and Markets), Country Marketing Managers, Country Paylo/CRM Managers, and wider Marketing & Business teams.
Requirements:

- Extensive experience in designing/implementing CRM Martech programs and building CRM capabilities.

- Strong financial and commercial acumen to effectively analyze data and develop business case models.

Environmental Representative
As an Environmental Representative, you will environmental compliance support for local, state and federal regulations in the areas of air, waste and water for plant operations at the Shell Chemical Plant in Geismar. Also, you will serve as direct communication link between the Environmental Department and Production Modules, Technical, Maintenance and Turnarounds and Capitol Projects groups.
Accountabilities:
- Communicate and provide guidance for environmental compliance and permit requirements as a single point of contact (SPOC) for stakeholders
- Interpret new and existing environmental regulations and develop and maintain compliance programs for the affected production modules
- Conduct compliance monitoring and associated recordkeeping requirements
- Leverage compliance monitoring data to identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Prepare and submit regulatory and corporate reports to meet deadlines
- Coordinate and conduct emission source performance testing and develop permitting and operating strategies for compliance based on test results
- Coordinate and conduct regulatory sample collection
- Complete technical reviews and evaluate module management of change (MMOCs) and Capitol Projects for any regulatory impacts that may require permitting or permit modifications
- Develop environmental turnaround plans
- Support agency inspections and internal and external audits
- Conduct field walks and control room visits to facilitate regulatory compliance assurance
- Serve as rotating duty EOC Liaison to support the site during emergency response events
- Complete follow up incident reports to applicable enforcement and regulatory agencies
- Conduct and facilitate investigations of environmental incidents and track to completion
