We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest for the following roles as part of a confidential metro rolling stock consultancy bid project in Dubai. All positions are full-time, UAE-based, and require strong GCC experience, with preference given to candidates with RTA project exposure.
About the Role: The Requirements Manager will lead the end-to-end process of capturing, managing, tracing, and validating technical and contractual requirements across all project disciplines. This role ensures that all stakeholder needs are accurately documented, implemented, verified, and aligned with RTA and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Requirements Management Plan (RMP)
- Coordinate requirement collection, categorization, traceability, and change control
- Implement and manage a digital requirements management tool (e.g., IBM DOORS, Jama, ComplyPro)
- Interface with engineering, assurance, and delivery teams to validate requirement fulfillment
- Support reviews, audits, and certification processes tied to requirements closure
Requirements:
- MSc/BSc in Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in requirements management for complex infrastructure or rail projects
- Strong knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle (V-model), traceability matrices, and verification & validation (V&V)
- Proficiency with RM tools (e.g., DOORS) and integration with BIM and CDE platforms
- Experience on GCC projects, especially with RTA, is preferred

About the Role: The Depot Specialist will lead the planning, design coordination, and delivery oversight of depot infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with track, rolling stock, O&M systems, and safety frameworks. The role is instrumental in enabling functional, compliant, and high-performing depot operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define depot layout concepts, workflows, and spatial planning
- Review architectural, civil, MEP, and systems drawings related to depot facilities
- Coordinate with design consultants, rolling stock teams, and O&M specialists
- Ensure depot functionality aligns with RTA guidelines, standards, and project KPIs
- Provide input on depot maintenance workflows, access paths, and equipment zones
- Support reviews of depot equipment installations and interface points
Requirements:
- MSc/BSc in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in depot design and planning for metro/rail systems
- Proven involvement in at least one end-to-end depot infrastructure delivery in the GCC
- Familiarity with international standards and RTA requirements
- Strong multidisciplinary coordination, review, and reporting capabilities

EOI – Civil Engineer
About the Role: The Civil Engineer will support the planning, design coordination, construction, and quality assurance of civil works associated with metro facilities such as stations, depots, track structures, and auxiliary buildings. The role will ensure that all civil engineering works are executed in compliance with project specifications, codes, and RTA standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate civil and structural design drawings, specifications, and calculations
- Monitor site execution, conduct inspections, and coordinate with contractors and consultants
- Support interface management with systems, MEP, and architectural disciplines
- Ensure compliance with RTA regulations and international engineering standards
- Participate in QA/QC audits, risk assessments, and design coordination meetings
Requirements:
- MSc/BSc in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in metro or railway civil infrastructure projects
- Proven experience on large-scale projects in the UAE or broader GCC region
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and relevant structural analysis tools
- Working knowledge of RTA guidelines and local building codes is preferred

About the Role: The O&M Specialist will develop and implement strategies, documentation, and standards to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of metro infrastructure and systems. This role bridges the design, delivery, and operation phases, ensuring lifecycle considerations are embedded throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define O&M strategies and procedures aligned with international and RTA standards
- Prepare maintenance plans, asset registers, and operation manuals
- Review designs for maintainability and operability; advise on improvements
- Conduct risk assessments and readiness reviews with operations teams
- Support client training, onboarding, and transition to steady-state operation
Requirements:
- MSc/BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in O&M planning and delivery for metro/rail systems
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance strategy development, planning, and execution
- Familiarity with RCM, RAMS, and asset management frameworks (ISO 55000 series preferred)
- Prior experience in the UAE or GCC region, ideally with RTA interface, is desirable
