The Senior Real Estate Planning Consultant delivers on our Purpose by developing and maintaining a multi-year strategic Real Estate Plan containing goals, targets, strategies, initiatives, and roadmap of activities. This role will align planning efforts within Corporate Real Estate and act as a liaison to coordinate planning efforts with Network Planning, Ground Operations, Corporate Services, and Corporate Planning and Strategy, while driving initiatives and improvement efforts across the Department. Responsibilities

  • Drive and ensure strategy and planning alignment for the Real Estate organization
  • Partner with FP&A, Corporate Planning, Technology, Officers, and department planners to deliver regular planning processes: MTP, AOP, and MYP
  • Work with Technology Partners to create and maintain holistic picture of LRA technology efforts underway, in planning, and under consideration
  • Work with Corporate Planning & Strategy to ensure alignment of Real Estate efforts with Strategy Pillars
  • Coordinate Real Estate Board of Directors updates
  • Coordinate Real Estate topics and materials for Tuesday Governance
  • Drive coordination and discussion through Real Estate Planning forums
  • Develop and execute future state format for EFMP (i.e. Real Estate Planning)
  • Coordinate creation of materials for monthly Executive Steering Group and Tuesday Governance updates
  • Facilitate alignment between Real Estate Planning activities and other cross-Departmental streams of work (Examples include Airlines Design Team, Base Schedule Review, and WP process)
