We are looking for a dedicated Yield and Partnership Operations Analyst to join our Global Strategic Advertising Partnerships and Operations Team.

You will be contributing to the evolution of Spotify’s Global Advertising Partnership strategy and we want someone who has a passion for advertising business and ability to work across different functions.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist local teams with the deal reconciliation process
  • Assist Regional Partnership Operations Manager stewarding the partnership approval process with various cross-functional internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Legal, Accounting, and Pricing & Inventory)
  • Act as regional approver for day to day pricing and partnership operations
  • Coordinate contract generation and feedback processes
  • Ensure alignment between internal stakeholder groups
  • Cultivate and sustain close communication and alignment with the local sales teams in order to support the Spotify Advertising goals
  • Supporting the following markets: India, Japan, SEA (Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia), Australia & New Zealand
  • Demonstrate a detailed understanding of Spotify advertising process/strategy and exhibit this in day-to-day work
  • Cover all other business needs as requested by the Head of Advertising Yield Strategy, Partnerships & Operations

Who You Are

  • A minimum of 2+ years experience in ad operations, sales planning and/or advertising client services at a media company and/or advertising agency
  • You are organized and process-orientated
  • You have experience with Salesforce, Google Ad Manager (is a plus), Excel, and Google suite
  • You will work well and collaborate with internal teams to deliver concurrent value and results
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, a clear communicator and proactive problem-solver
  • You are able to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy global environment
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Spotify’s brand and business priorities (Preferred)

Spotify’s Payments team is responsible for managing the growth, stability and strategic direction of Spotify’s approach to payments globally. The Payments Partnerships, Operations and Growth Optimisation team is responsible for managing today’s payments business in line with Spotify’s business goals and payment strategy. This includes managing a diverse range of partners, leading all aspects of payment operations, and optimising payments to enable Spotify’s growth ambitions and ownership of payment fees.

Reporting into the Payments Associate Director, JAPAC, you will help craft and implement a local payment strategy that will support the growth of Spotify in India.

What You’ll do

  • Lead, plan and implement a portfolio of India focused payment initiatives/projects, in line with our business goals and payments strategy.
  • Play a key role in defining our Strategy for India and prioritisation of key focus areas.
  • Provide local expertise and mentorship for non-premium use cases (e.g. Ads, payouts, audiobooks).
  • Analyze key payment metrics and derive actionable insights to improve performance and customer experience.
  • Evaluate new opportunities and payment methods that can deliver growth in India.
  • Collaborate with global industry-leading payment ecosystem partners (processors, acquirers, networks, issuers, tech players) in order to deliver payment optimisation opportunities.
  • Engage closely with multiple functions from technology to product, growth, finance, analytics and legal.

Who You are

  • Minimum of 7-9 years of relevant experience in the Indian payments space with recent knowledge of e-commerce payment processing, ideally gained in a payments role for a large e-commerce merchant or at an acquiring related business. Subscription payments experience and knowledge would be a big benefit.
  • Experience working with payment regulation and advocacy in the Indian market – solid understanding of current regulatory direction and challenges for merchants like Spotify.
  • Good understanding of how international merchants can operate in India covering things like; cross-border payments, taxes, data localization and local PA/PG and issuer set ups.
  • You are able to speak about payments trends and consumer preferences in India.
  • You have strong business analysis skills and are able to translate identified research and date into actionable insights.
  • Project management skills/ collaboration skills across multiple functional areas.

In this role, you will oversee Spotify Advertising’s relationships with key clients in our Retail verticals.
We want someone who loves our product, knows the India advertising and media market, and has strong existing client and agency relationships. You have helped brands build their marketing strategy, and grown their investments on advertising. You have built creative, long-term consultative solutions and managed senior client relationships. You should be confident without being arrogant and hard working while still knowing how to have fun.

We are looking for a talented Campaign Measurement Analyst (6-month contract) to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting campaign measurement results and developing actionable recommendations that will be shared with our advertisers. Your insights will play a key role in optimizing campaign performance and driving revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Collect and analyze campaign performance data using both first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) measurement methodologies. Apply internal benchmarking tools to contextualize and position campaign measurement results effectively
  • Provide clear and actionable insights based on campaign measurement results, identifying the causes behind flat or underperforming metrics and providing insights into the “why which will help shape data-driven strategies
  • Create detailed recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness, tailored to the specific needs and goals of each advertiser. Ensure that all recommendations and insights are aligned with Spotify Advertising’s broader goals and business needs
  • Work closely with Sales and partner teams to prepare and present comprehensive reports that translate complex data into understandable and impactful insights for advertisers
  • Develop a deep understanding of the mechanics and processes behind the campaign measurement solutions applied at Spotify, with a particular focus on brand lift and online conversion methodologies

Who You Are

  • Maximum of 5+ years of experience in advertising sales research, preferably in roles at research agencies, media owners, advertisers, or media agencies in the local market
  • Solid understanding of 3rd party measurement providers, particularly in brand lift, with a proven track record of adoption and analysis
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to present research findings effectively in both internal and client-facing settings
  • Proficiency in data analysis and storytelling, with the capability to explore and explain the “why” behind research results
  • Comfortable with adapting to new skills, research methodologies, and technologies as needed.
  • Detailed understanding of the digital advertising landscape
