Responsibilities

The Imaging Technician Trainees handle claim documents on a daily basis. This role includes receiving documents to identify numbers and claim types.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs document prepping, scanning, indexing, and quality control tasks for the Enterprise Imaging Unit to provide document images to or for Enterprise Imaging customers
  • Provides image processing for business partners
  • Performs timely and in-depth research on unidentified front-end image mail to determine proper workflow disposition
  • Knowledge of imaging equipment operation and maintenance
  • Ability to perform routine, repetitive work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in researching documents
  • Customer service skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with all levels of management, other departments and outside contractors/vendors

Additional Details:

  • Imaging is a non-customer facing production environment
