Communications Intern (Social Media) – Summer 2025

INTERNSHIP FORMAT

 

Remote: The format for this internship will be remote, meaning the intern will work virtually. Relocation and housing will not be provided. Remote work must be completed at a location based in the United States. However, interns who live in the Metro-Detroit area are preferred and are welcome to work out of the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan or, occasionally, at various locations within the Metro-Detroit area alongside the social media team.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS

The 2025 Social Media internship will be fast-paced, project-oriented and give an intern the opportunity to own projects from start to finish. An intern will experience personal growth and development by contributing to important projects with specific goals.

The Social Media intern will provide support for the organization in the following areas:

  • Write and edit social media posts for the Stellantis NA channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram
  • Write and edit long-form blog posts for the Stellantis NA blog

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a User Experience Design Intern at Stellantis, you should understand trends, consumer research and brand identity. The intern will create effective and engaging experiences and design solutions, as well as communicate and sell their design solutions to senior management and colleagues. The selected candidate will assist with design projects and creative initiatives and provide interactive user interface expertise and support from concept to production projects. This role will create graphical assets using standard 2D and 3D designer tools, as well as research and utilize emerging technologies. The intern will interface with Design Office management and employees and will participate in a variety of relevant activities and assignments. The intern will also gain practical experience working with engineers and developers, while collaborating on diverse programs and projects. Mentorship is provided by on-site designers who will oversee the intern’s daily activities.
