Role Expectations

  • Ensure the efficient handling of Return to Origin (RTO), Reverse Pickup (RVP), and Return to Vendor (RTV) processes.
  • Monitor and manage the entire return cycle to ensure timely and accurate processing of returns.
  • Minimize RTO rates by analyzing return causes and collaborating with the dispatch and customer support teams.
  • Track and manage reverse logistics processes, ensuring the prompt execution of reverse pickups and returns.
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure smooth processing of RTVs and adherence to vendor agreements.
  • Generate reports on return rates, causes, and process performance, providing insights to senior management.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize the return process, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers to address return-related queries and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce return-related costs.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and apply them to enhance reverse logistics

Role Deliverables

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all RTO, RVP, and RTV transactions.
  • Implement strategies to reduce RTO rates.
  • Ensure efficient reverse logistics management, coordinating reverse pickups with minimal delays.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships for smooth RTV processes.
  • Provide detailed reports and analysis on return trends, performance, and areas of improvement.
  • Identify and implement measures to reduce return-related operational costs.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring effective handling of return-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper documentation for all returns.
  • Propose and execute process improvements to streamline return operations.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of logistics partners in reverse logistics processes.

Role Deliverables

  • Collaborate with the Design Manager to develop and execute creative strategies and visual concepts.
  • Design new creatives for various 360 mediums including social media content, print materials, OOH advertising, packaging, merchandise, and websites.
  • Ensure all designs align with the brand’s visual identity and marketing objectives.
  • Oversee and manage multiple design projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the brand’s design strategies innovative and competitive.
  • Provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Craft Key Visuals and design concepts for campaigns and product launch. Incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments to meet project goals

Role Expectations

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing for social media, print, OOH, packaging, merchandise, and websites.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Ability to adapt to newer AI tools of design function.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the beauty and lifestyle industry.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.

Role Expectations

  • Knowledge and practical experience of retail business processes.
  • Should have been involved in documenting user requirements and implementing new IT systems in their previous organizations which imparted tangible impact.
  • Experience of working in a matrix environment with both internal and 3rd party resources.
  • Experience in evaluating software / solutions against the business requirements and judging the optimum fit among them.
  • Good understanding of on-going project management techniques is good to have.
  • Good data analysis / MIS skills.
  • Strong background in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in any ERP like SAP ECC 6.0 / S4 Hana, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Nav / Dynamics, Ramco etc.,
  • Experience in Project and task management tools like Trello, Asana etc.,
  • Basic knowledge in third party API integrations between various tools and ERP.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Good interpersonal, time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Leadership skills is a big advantage.

Role Deliverables

  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information and evaluate first party/third party resources to achieve those objectives.
  • Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements.
  • Review a variety of processes in operations, purchase, inventory, distribution, sales, marketing, ecommerce and the likes.
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams.
  • Suggest changes to the senior management. Actively the implementing the approved changes.
  • Initiate key user training sessions to ensure successful implementation of new systems, automations or technology processes.
  • Monitor the progress of both implemented and being implemented projects in the form of preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information and trends.

Educational Qualifications

  • Graduate in Engineering or bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any domain or MCA.

and/or

  • MBA in any relevant domain

Experience Required

  • 1 to 3 Years of Experience in a retail/FMCG organization or IT services/SaaS organization assigned in retail projects.
