Job Description:
- Responsible for planning of new development, variation & LCM projects of Emerging markets according to the established goals, while working with regulatory, formulation, BD, analytical, MSTG, QC, QA , third party and the launch team.
- Responsible to act as single point contact for site transfer project between receiving site and sending site.
- Responsible for managing and driving all aspects of EM R&D projects.
- Responsible for establishing project documentation frame work and methodology
- Manages and maintains the project budget.
- Must be able to use project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Gantt charts, spreadsheets)
- Monitors progress and periodically provides project updates
- Manages project issues, identifies and manages risks and deliverables
- Must be able to facilitate discussions and bring about consensus between all stakeholders.
- Must be able to define project acceptance and success criterion
- Will work directly with the team members (within and outside Sun Pharma) or with their team leaders to estimate effort, plan activities and negotiate consensus among individual team members on their appointed tasks.
- Responsible for bringing the project to closure, which may include creating an end of project report or evaluation document, holding ‘Stage gate’ meetings and activities, and capturing and using relevant lessons learned.
- Should understand the technology being used in order to understand and question requests coming from specialists and technical staff and to evaluate what is reasonable or possible.
- Must have an understanding of relevant methodologies, processes and standards and ensure that all project team members understand and follow these.
