Job Role :
HR Business Partner will be partnering with the BU/Functional Leaders in crafting people strategy and Talent plans to deliver Business goals and is responsible for the overall execution of the strategy and plan. The individual will also be responsible for providing employee experience and people processes impacting productivity and is the guardian of the culture. This is an Individual Contributor role.
What you would do :
- Own and Deliver the entire people charter roadmap covering key hire-to-retire people processes for the respective BU/Region. These are Swiggy first processes to drive BU productivity and to segment the performance of the individuals for timely interventions. Example : Performance Management, Talent Management, Staffing, Learning Effectiveness.
- Own and Deliver the Employee Experience charter covering key moments in the Employee lifecycle. These are examples of key employee first moments : My Recognitions, My immersion, My Promotions, My Team ( Belongingness and Bonding ), My organizational culture, My work, Exit, Overall Employee Nps
- Identifying capability gaps based on Employee and Region needs and partnering with COE/SME to design and deliver on such programs. Develop Employee intelligence to craft high impactful people programs
- Being the primary custodian of the “Voice of the employees” by consolidating and analyzing employee pulse and distilling actionable insights to drive the right employee backward actions
- Demonstrating the impact of the people programs ( COE Led Swiggy level programs ) and creating feedback loops to improve the overall effectiveness of the programs
- Keepers of Swiggy culture : 1. Stress test the Culture : Beliefs ( vision & values ), Ways of working and Rituals & Talent practices to raise timely alarms with managers & leaders and deploy plan of action to course correct ( wherever there is a divergence and identified gaps from the desired behavior at individual and team level ). 2. Desired Experience :

Marketing Manager
This role will be a part of the central Marketing team for Swiggy (This role is remote. However one week a month you will be expected to be in Bangalore) driving marketing for Swiggy Instamart. The ideal candidate should have exposure in the consumer marketing domain, having managed marketing campaign planning and execution. Job Description:
- Drive the marketing communications in line with traffic, acquisition goals of the brand and lead planning, execution and reporting for the charter
- Work closely with the growth and category functions to aid in execution of BTL-specific brand and category campaigns
- Liaise with social media team to own social media presence for Instamart, ensuring consistent visibility and relevant communication to aid brand visibility and engagement

The role holder is expected to onboard and build relationships with 70-80 partner accounts in the given territory to grow the Dine-out business and service offerings and generate 80-90 lacs Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) per month.

Responsibilities –
Account & Partner Relationship Management
- Onboard new accounts by explaining the requirements to the partners and coordinating with internal stakeholders
- Meet the existing partners periodically and ensure Restaurant Display Page(RDP) content is correct and image coverage is high
- Make persuasive presentations on the benefits and goodness of Dine Out plans & promotions for month-on-month growth and ensure partners invest consistently.
- Execute growth forward activities such as offer alignments, marketing operations alignments, etc. to ensure go live on events and activities as planned.
- Resolve issues such as ‘diner denied payout’ and ensure seamless transactions for customers and partners at the restaurants
- Prepare the growth plans for each account being managed and gather competitor action insights.
Data Interpretation & Business Performance Management:
- Filter relevant data from the Restaurant facing dashboard and explain the key performance metrics to the partner
- Seek necessary support or actions from the partner to ensure the right RDP view to enable conversions and grow the business.
- Stay updated on the partner’s investment in competition through observations at the point of sale, conversations with the partner and competition sales teams, delivery persons, etc.
- Ensure partner investments are equal or higher than competition with respect to discounts, commissions, and advertisements by highlighting relevant inferences from the dashboard and explaining the gains/benefits to the partner.
Interaction with Stakeholders:
- Interact with partner support (discount change, Restaurant Display page, etc.), sales operations (competition comparison data, or any ongoing festival data, etc.), and finance team ( reconciliation of payouts, queries on GST, etc, amount not credited to partner accounts, etc.).
Functional Competencies
- Understand Dine Out offerings and gain clarity of growth levers.
- Knowledge of basic metrics such as operating hours of restaurants , ADs revenue per order (Ads RPO) , Commission Revenue per order and its constituents such as Average Order Value (AOV)
- Elements of data dashboards such as CMS/ PowerBi/Compass/Salesmate
- Understanding of Conversion Funnel – Advanced Level Week Wise /Month Wise/Day Wise transactions across accounts , denial rates, supply metrics vs competition
